I returned a couple of items at the Amazon kiosk, at the back of the Kohl's store. The surly…read moreemployee had zero customers and was sorting through a handful of ear rings. I waited patiently and she finally looked up to acknowledge my presence. I smiled at her and simply remarked that Kohl's had moved the Amazon area. The employee snapped at me that the move had occurred "at least two weeks ago" and I should have read this change at the front of the store. Then she proceeded to huff and puff as she torn the label that I had printed and affixed to the package as indicated by the company's return policy. I asked if I should not have taped the label on the package as the employee seemed very put out by the label, tearing it in half. When I asked why she had torn the label she mumbled something incoherent and scanned the torn label. I didn't respond to her nasty attitude but simply thanked her and left the store. I had intended to shop for other items but was so put off by this pathetic kohls employee that I quickly left the store. Amazon should reconsider Kohls as a return station as I have read several customers complaining about the rudeness of the store.

It has these pockets that come up so high I couldn't imagine them being functional for anyone as they fall on my ribs not hips where pockets should be and when washed the sleeves shrink up a bit making it where you have to roll the sleeves unless you were it under a jacket because you get high water sleeves lol. I went to the hat shaping queen herself, Bailey, and gave her my best attempt at explaining what I wanted. I'm honestly surprised she didn't need a translator for what I was trying to describe, but within about 20 minutes it was exactly how I pictured. Even with me asking what were probably some dumb questions, she only gave me a smile and a clear explanation every time. I can't say Teskey's is my all-around favorite shop, but Bailey is my favorite hat shaper -- so this is where I'll be getting my hats suppose. Pizza out side smelled pretty good too.

They definitely aren't friendly at this location so I prefer to shop in Granbury. They pick and choose which customers to greet and the few times they have said welcome in it way DRY. So I don't even care if they speak or not. Can definitely tell the staff is there for the check not because they want to be.
