Walgreens on South Main in Weatherford has a problem in the pharmacy. Their automated phone system will cause you to make unnecessary trips and this store is always out of commonly need prescriptions. I firmly believe they are understaffed. We still use the Walgreens but go to the Hudson Oaks store. read more

Well, I see I'm not the only one that hates Walgreens. I come in to pick up my prescriptions and show teddy that when I select a prescription it has a little bottle box on it and I have to restart the app. Not customer friendly Teddy says people have been telling him about it and I'll need to contact Walgreens. I tell him that's what I'm doing, telling him the apps messed up. He tells me he doesn't have anything to do with the app, I'll have to contact Walgreens them about the app. iI it easier for me to do that when I don't know who I'm supposed to contact or for this kid that works there to contact the necessary party. What is wrong with customer service that no one thinks anything is their job except to ring you up and get you out of the dead pharmacy??? read more

They tossed my card into the return tray in the drive thru and it got stuck in the bottom of the tray. I had to get on my hands and knees to show them that it was not on the ground and repeatedly told them I did not see it on the tray when it came out. It eventually fell out and I was just looked at like a crazy person. No accountability on their end. read more

Just received excellent customer service from Red Shirt Russell. He was very knowledgeable about the store even though I'm not sure he even works there. Helped me find my sunburn cream gave me a cute smile and sent me on my way. read more

We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity! read more

Worst ever experience. Bought a gift card for a birthday, the child scratch it off for code and nothing there. Went to Walgreens to exchange it (30 min transpired) and the manager said the cashier was to tell no exchange or refunds. Explain that to an 8 year old. On a Sunday no less where no one is at the company. I did not want to give you guys 1 star. You suck! read more

The staggering lack of common sense at this place is ridiculous. Now I'm all for laws that that keep minors from buying alcohol and tobacco, with that being said I watch a checker refused to sell to a man who was EIGHTY THREE years old. On another occasion I witnessed a refusal to sell to a 40 year old and woman because her license expired on the day before which was her birthday. So it would seem that Walgreens should just stop selling these items as they definitely do not really want to as they make is as difficult as possible for people who are twice the legal age to buy them. read more

After four trips to this Walgreens to fill multiple prescriptions, we still left empty handed. There were issues with every single order. The workers could not find one of the prescriptions. After searching in their system, it was found. But still not ready for pick up, days later! Another was processed, then when we went to pick it up, we were told the script was out of date, the same script that I had asked if it was useable when dropped off, they told us it was fine. Two other medicines were still 'not ready' after days to be filled! We have been loyal Walgreens customers for over a decade...not anymore. I am moving all of our business to another more competent pharmacy that values customer service. read more

This store has been here for a couple years now yet it still is not on Google maps nor was it here. This is a full-service pharmacy with a store as well. We buy all our milk here as they are cheaper and fresher than the local supermarkets. Seems strange but even as a kid, Walgreens were known up north for having the BEST ice cream! read more

Pharmacy is terrible. I called in a prescription refill, but when i arrived at the store they had no record of a refill to be processed. The pharmacy is HORRIBLE...I have given them so many chances and every single time they mess up. Ive been told several times that they can't get my sons Daytrana patches in the correct strength but every month I drive into weatherford at the Walgreens there and they have it. How can 1 store get it but another can't. Today I went to pick up my sons antibiotic and they gave me clonidine. REALLY??? That will be my last trip to that store. I will drive into weatherford from now on if I need to. Don't waste you time!!!! read more
