Our builder has been working with Parker Landscaping for some time, and having witnessed the entire process from grading to planting, we are thoroughly pleased with the product that Parker Landscaping provided for us. Chris and the grading crew were very precise in determining the proper change in elevation needed for drainage purposes and made several adjustments during the process to assure that the grading would function properly. Robert Boyd was in constant communication with us, taking several trips to our home to make sure that the project was progressing and we were satisfied with the work, as he was scheduling our work around the inclement weather that plagued SE North Carolina this Summer and Fall. The Zoysia sod and plantings installed by Parker in November appear to be in very good condition and during the install Robert was very helpful in providing guidance as to the care of the various plantings. We have had a very good experience with Parker Landscaping and feel fortunate that they are part of our builders team.

One thing I like is the ease of paying. They send you an email with a link to the payment site. Easy to view the invoice, pictures of the job and to pay. We foolishly invested $5,000 in July 2020, after he signed a contract requiring him to repay $200 a month over a two year period. Shortly thereafter, excuses started. First payment was due in August. $100 was received in September. A late October payment of $200 was received. No payments were received in November, December, or January. I have offered options, including reduced monthly payments and to discuss in multiple emails. Mr. Hammonds refuses to return any text messages or emails. Unfortunately the next step is legal action.
