The projects began by meeting with Trey Laird, and he prepared a detailed color mock-up of his ideas and a proposal with various options. He was very knowledgeable and patiently worked with us to create a finished product better than we imagined. We worked with all of his longtime crews who were very respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up after themselves every day, never blared music and kept to a tight schedule working very hard daily. No corners were cut with any of the preparations and quality work was of upmost importance. They worked with existing drainage, plumbing and sprinklers and made repairs/upgrades as needed while helping to stay within budget. Trey was also very helpful when we picked out planters so we obtained the best shape and size. Neighbors are constantly complementing our yard, and one even stopped to ring the doorbell while on a walk to share his positive thoughts. Initially I was told Mon- Tues with 3-4 guys working. By noon, I was texting him asking when the guys were going to arrive and he said they would t be there till Tues. There were 3 guys the first day to cut trees, but the work took until Friday because there was really only one guy working for Wed and Thurs and two guys in Friday. There was more work to be done and Ernest told me he would need to order supplies. I've had to follow up several times to see when they are coming back to finish although I was I initially told the following Mon, then Friday and now TBD. This has been particularly frustrating because we are trying to get our house ready for sell and was not able to show it while there were workers here and the 'curb appeal' was not where we wanted it without the work being done. I am still waiting for the rest of the work to be done and may increase the rating for quality as long as they finish the work- TBD... UPDATE: They never finished the work they agreed to do which was adding stone around the rest of our trees. I feel like we over paid for labor that was never completed (we were going to pay additional for the materials which we had agreed on) Ernest never got back to me and has ignored the follow up texts and calls. For two years I've been fight with insurance to get the giant detached stump removed. I had 10-12 companies tell me they couldn't grind it. To make it worse I was getting letters from the HOA every other month. Scott came out and assessed my issue and reassured me that while it wasn't going to be easy his team could get it done and they did just that. The crew was professional and courteous. They ensured everything was removed, cleaned up and removed. I would absolutely recommend Infinitely Blue and plan to use them again soon to make the old tree stump area a beautiful garden area.
