I had two deck areas made of wood which were continually needing repair and I was looking for a more permanent solution. I reached out to Nicholas and arranged a time to discuss. The price was acceptable and he came across as honest and professional. Before I signed the contract I decided to check his reviews and found the same negative reviews on many sites so I was reluctant to move ahead. I explained my concerns to Nicholas and he convinced me the reviews were fake and posted by an x-business partner. He offered references so I decided to move ahead with him. This was the right decision. His team were professional, hardworking and quality craftsman. The were easy to work with, cleaned up every night and finished the job 1 day ahead of schedule. Nick and his team did a fantastic job. Our garden looks amazing and is the hands down the best in our street. They did everything for us. A full service project. From the fence, to paving, to retaining walls,and scaling and lighting! Brittany's customer service was outstanding and her proactive approach was refreshing. She also has a great knowledge of plants and selected everything for us. Nick went above and beyond to make sure our landscaping design come true. He is friendly, professional and an all round great guy. It was a pleasure to work with the LCE team and I am grateful for them for making our garden everything we had hoped and more. LCE Landscaping did a great job working with my wife and I on getting exactly what we wanted out of our paver patio. In the past my wife and I have had some pretty rough experiences dealing with salesman but Nicholas was fantastic and straight forward with us right from the beginning. You could tell he had your best interest in mind and not his own, which was very refreshing. Nicholas and his crew came out 2 weeks sooner then was originally planned (After okaying it with us of course) and knocked the job out of the park in 3 days. Talk about punctual and through. Nic came out and gave us a bid. He was the first to come and visit us. Within an hour he had a proposal in out email. We waited about 2 weeks because we wanted to get other people to get bids. he kept following up with us every 3 days. Really professional. We hired him and the job was completed in 6 days. LCE is reliable and does beautiful work. They designed and built a custom pergola for our backyard, replaced a plain slab of concrete with a stamped and stained concrete patio, and replaced all of our dying shrubs with healthy ones. They even made sure that the shrubs they chose would be non-toxic for our dogs. Quality of work, as well as our satisfaction, are obviously their primary concerns.
