The smell was absolutely horrid, my toddler cried and wanted to leave because of the stench and my husband couldn't even finish the tour! I cannot believe you all are allowing showings of the property with such a pungent odor and the driveway being the way that it is. After speaking with Tammy she informed us the driveway will not be repaired "...it's not in the budget..." for them to fix and the smell will not be eliminated until the property "...does not rent..." my family and I will be looking elsewhere. I live on the 6th floor, and the elevator has been out of service for an extended period of time. Management has failed to repair it or offer any form of compensation, even though residents continue to pay full rent. This is not just an inconvenience -- it is a serious safety and accessibility issue. My grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, was forced to use the stairs due to the broken elevator. As a result, she fell down the stairs. This situation could have ended much worse and should never have happened. Residents including elderly people and individuals with disabilities are being put at risk daily. This may constitute a violation of basic habitability and accessibility standards, yet the administration has shown no urgency, concern, or accountability. Multiple complaints have been made, and management remains unresponsive and dismissive. It feels like action will only be taken after someone gets seriously injured or killed. I strongly do not recommend living here. If you care about safety, accessibility, and responsible management, do not move to this property.

I have submitted work orders and reported these problems, yet I continue to deal with the same issues. Moving into a new home should not mean immediately dealing with broken appliances, pest infestations, water leaks, possible mold/mildew, water-damaged walls and ceilings, inadequate doors, and unexpected expenses just to live comfortably. If you are considering moving here, I strongly recommend doing your research, asking very specific questions about maintenance and pest control, and inspecting the unit extremely carefully before signing anything. My experience has been a major disappointment, and based on what I have personally experienced, I would not recommend living here.
