Was quoted almost double the dealer fix, with stipulations that I provide the parts and sealants necessary. STAY AWAY!!! Half the phone call was telling me not to trust other people in the Clarksville area because they're incompetent. I think homie needs to look in the mirror if he thinks he can charge almost double without providing anything but labor. Got a quote from a different mobile mechanic in Clarksville (with good reviews) to do a preventative insert repair for the remaining 7 cylinders for less than the cost of one single cylinder from Free Agent. I rarely post a review, but felt it necessary to warn anyone considering this company. Would give zero stars if I could. Edit: to address this laughable attempt to save face, going to respond point by point. 1. dealerships absolutely guarantee their work. Part of the reason to consider the dealer instead of some idiot mobile mechanic. 2. Your pricing is predatory bc you spent almost 20 minutes on the phone call telling me not to trust anyone else. Someone scared of losing their only vehicle may fall for this trap, it's unethical and a terrible business tactic. 3. Yes you work in the elements like anyone else who CHOOSES to do so. You can't charge more for having to deal with weather. Let alone not bringing tools, parts, sealants, anything but your hands. I did the job outside in the weather perfectly fine, no one is giving me any accolades for doing so. 4. Mobile mechanics have always charged less, that's the draw to use you instead of dealers. 5. Suggesting / insisting on a new head may give more assurance that the repair is solid, but is not necessary without attempting an insert, as that is THE FACTORY FIX. If you are too incompetent to do the job, just admit that. 6. To call yourself the Ferrari of mobile mechanics with one yelp review (probably from a family member or friend) is the best joke I've heard all year.

I turned that battery in when I bought a new one so I don't have another battery to bring you I texted Larry and told him I was on my way to pick up the new battery and he never said bring the old one and when I showed up at your business, he wasn't even prepared or ready for me. Used to like this place. It took them 3 times to get the balancing right. I had it back in for an…read morealignment. Only to have it run off again immediately. Took it back in to have it redone. Informed them of a clunking sound in my front end. They did the alignment which was once again immediately off. And their solution to my clunking sound was a bunch of grease. I told my buddy the very next day about the noise. He had me jack up the truck to feel the tightness of the wheel. Turns out the ball joint was so bad the wheel was literally almost falling off. This was less than 24 hours after Gateway greased it! Take it in again for an alignment after fixing the ball joint. And they call me saying they can't fix it as my trucks been in an accident "it has not". After arguing the fact that I've had the truck since mile 1 and there's not ever been an accident. That finally agree they might not know what they're talking about and asked me to take it somewhere to have that fixed and then I bring it back to get the alignment done. I have the problem fixed, took the truck back in for the alignment "which was yesterday". Once again sitting there waiting for several hours. Only to leave there and it driving like this. My entire point is this. They absolutely suck!

Like anything else, it depends on the day of the week and how they're feeling that day, but overall, would highly recommend this place for your general vehicle maintenance.
