This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. They need closely watched, I have an almost brand new fence on the left span on my yard, I paid them to do the front and right span, when I came out to check on them they had dug 16 post holes and laid out the post on the side that already had a fence, they just moved out 8 inches and were in the process of building a fence in front of the fence. Luckily I caught them before they poored the concrete. 2. I had them build me a gate. They cut the post too short before installing the hinges so the hinges looked bad (see photo) 3. When they came back to fix the hinge they just hammered them over the top of the post and stuck a bolt in. Still looks like awful and now the hinge is jacked. (See photo 2) 4. They required 2/3s of the money up front. So there was not much is could do about their bad workmanship. 5. They where comparatively more expensive, I thought paying more would mean better quality. I was wrong. I am not mad enough to fight them in cort over it. But I would not recommend them. Update. They sent someone back 3 times to fix the hinge issue. This is what they settled on. They took a saw to the bottom and hacked it away until gate cleared the higher outside ground. Also I didnt want to pay them before it was 100% complete but they threatened to lay a 21% fee if I didn't pay them when they decided it was done Before the gate was even fixed. So, beware that as well. They consider the job done whenever they please. Ive lowered the stars down to 1 star.

Beware - this place is a total scam, and wouldn't want others falling for the same mistake I made…read more 1. We agreed on a very specific job - then they conducted work TOTALLY outside of the agreement then charge you for it. They absolutely violate any contract and agreement. When we brought up the agreement and specs of the original work - they threatened, harassed, cursed, and acted totally unprofessionally. Unfortunately for them - they did this over email so we have a paper trail with their unprofessionalism. (Photos to come later). Ultimately they could not argue against their original agreement, and we did not pay for the work that was not agreed upon. BUT then that's when the retaliation began (note the harassment I detailed above and the job they left undone afterward)... 2. They do not show up on the schedule date or time. They have really poor communication skills, and arrived at a random date and time that worked for them - again - outside of what was agreed upon. 3. The workmanship was terrible - the fences they installed went outside our property line, cracked and broken portions, and they left the job incomplete and left all of their mess in our driveway that we then had to clean up ourselves (I'm talking wood, concrete, dust, nails, just all their mess and materials). 4. We have alerted this company to our local realtor community - and they have all agreed they will not be working with them again. I do not see them lasting much longer in business. Repeat - this place is a scam - be very careful when dealing with them - and please find another company with ethical practices, better reviews, and a better reputation.

Hoping the removal of the wooden fence wound give is more of a "view" of the wooded property that backs up against ours. We called Yard Dog and scheduled a free consultation to see what the cost of a new fence and yard extension would cost. Rob showed up early and was very professional about everything, even offering tips on where to save money and what to avoid when taking on such a project. This poor guy had to trek through all of the shrubbery and bushes that are behind the fence to get measurements. The whole consult took about an hour and we were quoted just under $3K. Which includes the new iron fence, removal of the old fence, and the addition of another gate on the other side of the house. Sounds like a steal! We haven't gone forward with our extended fence, due to weather restrictions (see pics) but plan to move forward in late March!

I had a landscaper accidentally hit a gate on a backyard fence. One of the two hinges that holds…read morethe gate was torn apart. There was no saving it, but the good thing was that the plate that were fastened to the gate and the fence post were not damaged, but the hinge was torn apart. Not a huge problem, but certainly a problem as the type of hinge that holds the gate to the fence post is not available in Home Depot or Lowes and I do not know enough about fences to even know how to begin to search for this specific hinge. I needed help! I am a regular listener to the Chris Hand Show on WTN and I heard Chris do an advertisement for Kingdom Fence Company. I was sitting in front of a computer when I heard the advertisement, so I went to Kingdom's website, uploaded the pictures of the broken hinge and submitted a request, hoping that Kingdom would know how to help me! Dave responded to my request the next day, informed me that he could order the hinge and have it installed as soon as it arrived and I was also eligible for a WTN discount as I had mentioned the advertisement I heard on Chris Hand's show. Awesome! I was able to pay online using PayPal. Dave informed me when he had ordered the part and then informed me again on when we would able to install the new hinge and he did just that! From first request to final installation, Kingdom Fence made the ordeal as easy as it could be. Dave had the hinge installed in ten minutes and also provided a free inspection of the fence and the other gate. I could not have asked for a better experience and I added his contact information to my phone directory and will use Kingdom Fence for any future fence work.
