The store is small(ish)but well stocked in terms of sizing . Felt like the men's collection lacked variety but the espadrilles for women were plenty . We ended up buying a pair and they were reasonably priced and felt comfortable . The staff was sweet and did their best to find us a style that we loved.

There were so many to choose from but being able to focus in on the comfort selection with the double gel insoles, I was able to make my selection. I didnt understand how Madrileñas were able to walk around everywhere in espadrilles, but now I know they're wearing brands like Toni Pons!

The store itself is small, but luckily we were the only ones there at the time. For some of the basic espadrilles, they didn't have my size which is a US women's size 6 or 36 EU. However, there was still a good selection of other styles for me to choose from. The employee assisting me was very patient and helpful. She checked to see how the fit was and let me know that the shoe stretches. We communicated fine even though she didn't speak English and I don't really know Spanish. I bought 2 pairs and thought the pricing was reasonable. I would certainly have bought more if I had room in my suitcase hah.

This store at Madrid's Plaza Mayor has a great assortment of traditional headwear that reflects the…read morevarious regions of Spain. Surprisingly, despite the location, it was also rather reasonably priced. Even here, I was happy to find the Elosegui brand of headwear, which was founded in 1858 in Tolosa, in the Basque Country (northeastern Spain). Various Basque headwear is pretty hard to find anywhere, especially of good quality (this was made out of wool to keep your head warm in the winter), so I was pleased to find it in Casa Yustas and was able to buy a particular one that is typical of the Basque country's Pyrenees region for myself (boina pirineos, yes, that specific!) - both as a souvenir and as something I can wear often! Customer service was a bit worn because of the gamut of tourists outside the doors, but also friendly once they see you're interested in actually buying something. I would peruse through the selection here again if I do come back to the area.
