Horrible. They do not help at all. Angel, the most unprofessional person ever. He likes to block numbers when he does not want to help. It is ridiculous that they have you coming back into their office to just tell you to come back another day. The taxes I am being charged for are for the year 2021 and 2023 owing a total of $6600 in taxes. REMINDER!! The reason of me owing those amount are due to JD Tax Group, to be more specific MIREYA, reported business losses on my taxes. WHEN I HAVE NEVER EVER OWNED A BUSINESS. Do not use them, I went here last year with Maritza and she put that both my husband and I had a business and we had each a loss of 15k and 20k, she purposely didn't give us all the paperwork so that we could sign and it would be shown as we "agreed" to this.
