I hope I do this State Farm Office justice with my review, so here it goes. I was in the market for a truck and began looking for my own financing as I know how much trouble it is to haggle with finance managers at any dealer. I went through multiple credit unions, but they had too many requirements even with me having pretty darn good credit. I remembered that I had seen Chelly post something about finding a customer a really good rate on a vehicle loan so I decided to reach out to her. From the beginning, the communication was amazing and I never once felt pressured to commit to doing anything. Chelly assigned me to her "Vehicle loan queen" Vanessa and she totally took care of everything from there. I decided to come in and see what rates they could offer me and was greeted with lovely smiles and Mexican bread. I should mention that I'm a sucker for bread. Vanessa was able to find me a better rate than any car dealer was offering. It only took a few minutes for her to tell me exactly how much I was prequalified for and once the dealer accepted my offer for the vehicle I wanted, I came back into the office and my check was printed in minutes. I walked out of the office and went right over to pick up my beautiful new truck. If it wasn't for the rate Chelly and Vanessa were able to find me, I would not have gone through with my truck purchase. Worst office ever. After calling and canceling my autopay, they still manage to charge me and overdraft my account. Martha has always been rude and it wasn't my first encounter with her. She said my bill was already due and that the payment should be done so why was I mad about. If i call to cancel an automatic payment then no payment should be taken. Telling me if I do a corporate complain that she will put notes that i was screaming so corporate can take her side and my claim wont be valid. WHO says those type of things? If course im going to be screaming and upset! Will be cancelling my policy and will not renew with this company ever again. Wish there was no stars to give. (Lets rephrase that response) Who would not be pissed of becauae of a payment who over-drafted my account and now i have to pay the fees that will happen until this gets resolved. And i did say i dont shit money because i dont. I can scream and be irritated because its annoying to be on the phone for almost 4 hours to get something resolve. read more

The expertise with which Chelly and her team run this particular office is exemplary. I called spent my lunch hour during work on the phone with a agent to cancel my policy n it was taken care, or so I thought,...come to find out it was never cancelled!!! "Or send them a email" I've called at times n I get the "we're in a meeting or a away from our phone" all gents are not available how convenient!! This office has a real good feel to it, Martha won me over when I first came in. They where closed the first time but she stayed to help me witch I thought was awesome since my job takes most of my time, it's hard to make it to places during business hours. Vanessa is really nice girl, excellent customer service. Chelly also very nice. The guys there are being trained so I didn't deal with them much,they are nice too. The reason for my bad review is due to a situation I had with the claims department, my truck and motorcycle were stolen which is something really hard to deal with right before Christmas. I was on hold for 40 min to an 1 hour every time I would try to speak with someone at the claims department, team #107. Chelly said she would help but that just meant she email my documents and that was it. Martha was always to busy once she has her sale it does not matter to her what goes on. I told both what the claims dept would do they both said that was strange but didn't do anything about it. Now that was back in January they kept billing me even though the truck and the motorcycle were considered a total loss, one of the reps in the claims department said they shouldn't be charging you still. I called to ask someone at the office, no answer left several messages never got a call back so I decided to go in to the office to let them know I couldn't stay with them I wanted to cancel everything I had life insurance and 5 cars insured with them and renters insurance. Marthaisn't so nice anymore because now she's loosing my business, Chelly is never there when I show uo which is strange and when I call they know my number and won't answer. I had to call from a different number and they answered by the sencong ring. We're in February now and this all took place in December. 2 MONTHS!!! I was told that it shouldn't take more than 20 days to resolve everything. Well that was a lie. It's sad to say that when AI decided to cancel my services they're acted in a negative way. Maybe if they would of had better customer service like Vanessa and they would have taken care of my issue I would still be there but Martha and Chelly's customer service goes out the window when you decide to move on to better office. I had to call head quarters to fix my issues and finally be able to cancel services. I wouldn't recommend this particular office to anyone. Save yourselves the trouble. read more
