I've been in this store several times. In the beginning there were a few helpful employees, but now, there is one girl that works in the store (when I go in anyway) she gets up from behind the desk with a rude hello, and leans on the counter while you muddle through trying to find what your looking for. Prices are never the same on any given day with her. I've even paid double for a product within a matter of a few weeks. Bad business, no professionalism, find another vape shop is my suggestion. So, where to begin? 60ml bottle for $25. Every other shop I've been in sells this same brand and same flavor for $11-$15 at most. Next, service? Ummm...... the guy behind the counter seems to like acting like he's handling snakes or something when he hands you samples to try. Weirdest thing..... like some sort of slight of hand thing is going on. Lastly... same guy different day, went in to buy some coils, stood in there with no one but me, him and his buddy. Not a word for a solid three minutes with me standing at the counter waiting for them to stop talking and him to see what I needed. Coils for my mod in there are nearly $7.00...... $4.00 everywhere else. Won't be going back ever and the two other nearby shops are now thinking about moving a shop into town to take these guys business. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STORE!!!!! read more

Uneducated, rude employees. Horrible house juices. Very high prices. Visit the Frankfort vapor shop instead, they have great juices, knowledgeable staff, and great prices. read more

This place has gotten better over time. I've been a loyal customer for two years. I'm talking l'burg store. When the owners are there, you will get knowledgeable, friendly service. When the stoner kid is there, expect crappy service unless you are one of his boys just hanging out. Check your order. He's given me the wrong juice twice and I had to return to the store.
