They had made a nest in our attic and chewed a hole in our ceiling to try escape but died from the heat. I sealed the hole but wanted to make sure there was not a major infestation in our attic. I spoke to Christy, who is the owners daughter. Even though we are not a current customer, she said she would get a tech out to help us. In about an hour their senior tech, Martine showed up.
