Worse: Instead of honoring the existing system, they tried to upsell me on a new $18K system "available next day." I had to buy portable AC units just to survive. Clearlake hits 90s+ in summer. I've filed with the BBB, CSLB, and California AG. JR Putman took over Performance Mechanical but abandoned their obligations. If you're a past customer or expect long-term service, don't count on them to show up.
