I tried mopping and in the end, my floor was stained. I complained to him several times and he tried to clean it. I had to leave three messages for the owner and once I threatened to take action I finally received a call back. The owner did not seem to care and reminded me of the contract I signed. I appealed to the worker himself once again and there had been no communication between him and the owner. The worker came back to try one more time to fix the situation, which only made it much worse. No one followed up with me and I am now stuck with a damaged floor. Steer clear of this company.
