What the??? We had an ice dam and we had no idea how big it was since we couldn't get a good look (with over a foot of snow on the ground). Looked online and found Power Seal. We called after 9pm and the owner answered. Made an appointment the following day for removal. He himself came to the house. Told me he was short staffed and had to do the work himself. Right then and there I knew we were going to have good service. 3 hours later our ice dam was ice free and clear. Highly recommended !

I called up Steve to get an estimate for my windows; I'm selling my house, you see. But instead of the courteous response I was expecting, I was met with gruffness and impatience. It's as if this young man has never heard of manners! I've worked hard my whole life, and it's not too much to ask for a little respect, is it? And the nerve of this man! He went on and on about how run-down my fixer-upper is and even had the audacity to say he didn't like the Camden area. As if the neighborhood has anything to do with his inability to clean windows properly! Now, about the work ethic--simply non-existent. He promised me an estimate and never delivered. Any reputable business would honor its commitments. It leaves me wondering how this operation can possibly be insured. Is this what passes for acceptable business conduct these days? And it's more than just business; it's about basic human decency. The man has a family, and its a shunda to think what values he's passing on to them.
