I had made my great nephew a quilted book Pillow that needed one 6" seam r-sewn to restore the handle. Unfortunately I do not travel with my sewing machine. I was hoping that someone at the Quilt Shop could possibly help me repair it (a six inch seam is all) or let me use one of the floor demo machines to sew it. When I asked I was told NO it's against store policy. Needless to say I was horribly disappointed. The clerk said at least I knew my Nephew loved the pillow for the handle to come off. As a quilter that has visited quilt stores all across the country this is one I would not recommend.
