Pharmacist "Kendra" is the worst of all-extremely rude, condescending and literally threw my medications on the counter while waiting 20 minutes to be filled-previously called and asked if they were ready, they said yes. Not to mention several other rude, demeaning and unprofessional behavior towards me. I will never revisit. All medication will be diverted to a new, friendly pharmacy.

It was the perfect opportunity for me to drop by and grab a few items before I crossed over the border to return to Winnipeg. I was at a Walgreens in Richfield. I saw a box of Dunkin' chocolates that intrigued me. I thought that I'd bring some back to the office. There was lots of parking in front of the store. It was busy on a Monday afternoon. I backed into a spot and walked in. I headed to the seasonal section. I found the Dunkin' chocolates that came in a box similar to getting donuts, but in a much smaller size. Perfect! I saw a sale on M&M's candies. I tend to get flavours that I can't get in Canada. I got a bag of caramel cold brew M&M's that I had never seen before. I also got dark chocolate. I got a friendly woman at the checkout. I entered my phone number associated with my rewards account. I then tapped my credit card. Paid! She put my goodies in plastic bag. I thanked her and left. When I got to my hotel room in Winnipeg, I had a few Dunkin' chocolates. The flavours did taste like the chain's popular donuts. I liked the cookie butter the best, with the brownie batter and holiday cake batter ones being solid, tasty options. I had the caramel cold brew M&M's when I got back to Markham. They are yummy. The caramel is chewy in each M&M, which was cool. I've had the dark chocolate M&M's before. I prefer dark chocolate over milk, which sometimes surprised folks. Yummy! I'm glad that I dropped by this Walgreens to get my chocolate fix. It's a decent store. I'd return when I'm in the area again. (495)

Most of the staff is pleasant, but a few, like the main pharmacist, are very rude and condescending. They lie about prices, they lie about refills, they lie when I say I've talked to them about an issue in the past. They don't listen. I've tried to state my problems with them multiple times, and they either don't listen or ignore what I'm saying. I would rather buy my meds from a shady street vendor than ever set foot in this hellhole again.

Their online COVID testing appointment making, does not work…read more Plain and simple tried several different variations of trying to set up one or the other (rapid or the test that takes a couple days to get back) after putting in all my information and submitting for an appointment, the screen keeps reloading and tells me there's no stores In the area so after being on the phone with the robot and after multiple button presses, I FINALLY got an actual human that transferred me to the pharmacy where MICHEAL picked up told me that the rapid test are not available at this location. Even tho previously to this phone call, I had tried setting up an appointment with both the rapid and the other one. Both failed to submit an appointment online. After I have told Micheal this I ask if he can help make an appointment "right now, verbally, over the phone, in this moment" I've have the most absolute difficulty trying to do it online and his answer was "No" Straight up "No" No... you can't help me? No... you aren't gunna go see if there's any way you can make this easier? I will come in to the store unmasked and speak directly to Micheal if that is what he would like? Micheal would you like to get sick and become frustrated because you can't schedule an appointment with an actual human that was more capability than a computer system?

There's a selection of anything you might need. I don't know how my life would be without Walmart bc everywhere I live, I can't survive without Walmart. My go to place for ice cream, snacks, chocolate, car stuff, clothes, electronics, and even plant based lotions. Very nice return and exchange policy. Thank you Walmart. America and Walmart is the best for shopping in general. But this Walmart in Grand Forks is not so nice. The customer service is not nice. Seems they don't want to work. The manager is not nice. Doesn't really do anything to fix customer service issues. Doesn't feel like there's much care for customers. Just protect the staff. There is a time and place for that but not when there are customers who need help. Disappointed.

I parked near a Redbox kiosk outside the drugstore. It was cool seeing a DVD rental kiosk still kicking around. Had I travelled with a laptop featuring a DVD player, I would have tried it out. What sets this Walgreens apart from others that I have visited is the selection of honey. Normally, I can find traditional liquid honey at any Walgreens. This one was fancy. I saw raw and manuka varieties. I was impressed! I was here for pop. I saw a deal for where you could get three two-litre bottles of pop for $5. Nice! I briefly looked at all the Christmas merchandise. I had just crossed the Minnesota border, so I got to see a lot of Peanuts plushies and more. It was nice. It was great seeing the photo section. I'm glad that you can still get photo printouts. I got the nicest woman at the checkout. She used a plastic bag to bag each bottle of pop. It was weird to me, but I didn't mind it. I just hoped that each bag wouldn't snap when I carried it due to the weight of each bottle. I entered my phone number associated with my rewards on the touchpad. I then paid with a credit card. Done! I thanked the woman and wished her a good day. She reciprocated. I then headed to my rental vehicle and put a couple of bottles in my luggage. The third one hung out in the backseat. The go-to pharmacy in the area. A parking lot is across the street along with street parking…read moreavailable. Plenty of parking at all times. They require masks and encourage social distancing. They offer a variety of gift items, collectors items, cards, normal pharmacy options, and housewares. A few of their offers are at a higher cost than competitors in the area. It is very convenient to get several items here in one stop. The pharmacy has shields up in place at the counter and distancing signs. The pharmacists are helpful and professional. About 80% of the time they have asked if I had any questions or need further instructions for prescriptions. Lately there have been short wait times, if any. If you need to fill a prescription, I'd highly suggest Thrifty White.
