Long story short, after spending $300 on a front screen and $150 on a back screen I went through 2 different replacements for the front because the first was faulty and barely covered by their "warranty". The second replacement also had issues. Genius Phone said it was "user error" why I couldn't press the buttons that were not working... clearly it was not because i had multiple people try with no success and in all my 10+ years as an iPhone user I never had this problem. Genius gave me the run around a few different times and told me to to come back on Monday. Well over the weekend i got a tiny crack on my phone and noticed a ton of scratches. So I knew they they wouldn't cover it through warranty. So I was screwed with the junk they put on my phone. Bottom line, the screens they use to replace your iPhone screens are TERRIBLE QUALITY. They crack and scratch SUPER EASY. I went over 10years without breaking an iPhone screen and I barely went 10days without scratching and cracking this "Genius Phone Screen". Tbh I feel like they intentionally dumb down the quality so you have to keep coming back and back for another $300 replacement. All in all, I will never return to this place. You're better off getting a used screen that is iPhone brand and not the cheap Genius Brand. Or just go to Apple, they will do it right unlike these guys.

After inquiring about a new battery the clerk informed me that the battery would be 109.99. Wow. I had rethink this for sure. About that time a young lady came up from the side and asked if she could take a look at the phone. I handed it over. She proceeded to click her way in the settings, and tweeked all she could to save battery power. She then indicated that I did not need a new battery and and set out to adjust more settings. She seriously knew her way around an iPhone. I considered this to be the best customer service I've ever seen. She was kind, delightful and polite. I thanked her all over the place and out the door I went. Thank you Batteries Plus for hiring such a great person. She deserves a raise and a bonus and a promotion.

I visited the store and discovered my IPAD was ready and the bad battery was not on my IPAD but a different customer. I asked why nobody called me to fix the confusion and was told, "I don't see the issue, you have it now don't you?" Evidently when they make a mistake, it i up to the customer to fix it.
