I installed new custom wheel alignment links (toe and camber) and had specific settings that they needed to be set to. They performed the alignment and I sent the results to the link manufacturer and they were not quite right. So I called and explained this, and they agreed to do a re-alignment to the correct specs at no charge. They stand behind their work! There is a nice clean waiting room, free wifi and coffee! Not only are they friendly and professional, they are very fair in pricing and know what they're doing. They always take time to talk with you and explain what the problem is in detail, answer any questions you have and offer suggestions on how to make the problem better and what to look out for in the future. Since getting the car back, I've had nothing but issues. After the initial repair, I ended up having to purchase a brand-new radiator through them--something I had never had an issue with before the transmission work. I've now had the car back a second time, and I'm still dealing with problems. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the way this situation has been handled. I expected the car to be properly repaired after spending the money I did, not to leave the shop with additional problems. I also had an experience with the owner that I found to be racist and completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for me to say I will never do business here again.
