I mt Terry and Eric and was made to feel like they have been our mechanics forever. I made an appointment to get my oil changed for the next day. I was there right at 9am and Terry got the keys and took the truck around to Eric. Terry let me know exactly what was going on and even checked the brakes :). When they came by to check on it, they said you can take it tore apart if you want...very unprofessional...then when they finally called them to come pick it up they were told it would be 2 more hours and they had to leave come back the next day...after waiting four weeks they were told it would cost $100 more than what it originally cost which was over $3,200)...when he questioned what the extra $100 was for, the owner came out of his office and said "I can tear every piece I have put into this truck out if you like"...he was yelling and was so very rude and again unprofessional.
