This guy just runs his own codes again, "looks under the hood to see how easy it would be to fix oxygen sensors" and that was his diagnostics. I had to even ask what diagnostics he did when he went to charge me for this. His codes were the exact same by the way. Just wants to start changing things without a deep dive - so you'll end up changing a bunch of items with them. Customer service was obviously terrible too. Don't go here

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

WARE THESE SCAMMERS!!…read more This company is running a towing scam. It has happened to us and 2 of our friends who also live locally. Very dishonest and they WILL actively try to scam you. Here is how they did it to us and others: We got into a car accident and called AAA. They assigned S&S towing to come out and pick up the vehicle. Once the tow truck got there he started to pull the truck up onto the flatbed. He loaded the truck so crooked that the left front tire was hanging off the side of the flatbed and we thought that the whole vehicle might roll off. Photo of this is attached below. He then never mentioned anything to us about any types of charges of any kind nor did we think that there would be any since we were AAA members and the towing is normally free. We then asked him to tow it to Moody's collision in Gorham as we were in Standish and that's where we wanted it to go. He refused to bring it there many times even though we persisted that that's where we wanted the vehicle to go and it was illegal for him to do otherwise. He refused to bring it to Moody's and said that he was bringing it to standish auto care right up the road and we would be able to have moodys come and pick it up in the morning. The next morning Moody's got there to pick up the vehicle and they said that the garage refused to release it because we owe them over $200 in towing fees. We then talked to our insurance company and they agreed to pay the fees to have it towed out of there on Friday and back to Moody's. S&S towing and standish auto care Then refused to release the vehicle so that they could keep it over the weekend and charge additional charges. By the time we got it back on Monday they had charged hundreds of phony charges to our insurance. We are lucky that we had insurance or else we would've been paying these scammers out of pocket. Not once did they ever mention any fees to us and the whole entire thing was a scam to get more money out of our insurance company. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS PREDATORY COMPANY AND AVOID USING THEM!!

A bald faced lie, I confirmed with the collision center. It's just his way of getting paid more miles for towing. When another tow truck driver tried to do his job and bring my car to the collision center he refused to let it go. Said he sent the invoice to the insurance and won't let it go until he gets paid. I offered to pay at the scene of the accident!!​ Next time I will wait for a AAA accredited tow truck.
