But I won't be back. Its obviously a management issue. In the last couple years it seems like half the time that I go there, during their normal operating hours, they are closed. Sometimes they'll put a note on the window saying they're closed for the day. Today was one of the many times they didn't. I have even become accustomed to calling first to see if they're REALLY open. They don't update their voicemail. Today when I called I just got a "mailbox is full" message. So I took the risk, filled up my car with bottles on this very hot day, and drove across town. No open windows. No lights. No sign. And now I've got a car full of cans and bottles. Thanks SPRC! It would be SO UNBELIEVABLY EASY for them to update their voicemail, AND put a note on the window. Maybe today it was the heat. I imagine they don't have a/c in there, and it would be an awful place to work in when its 90 degrees. I get it, BUT HAVE THE DECENCY AND COURTESY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COMMUNICATE TO THEM!
