We went through several dresses, and for someone that is very anti all the traditional things, Allie gave me options that made me feel beautiful. Although I didn't go with I&B because my partner and I decided to go a very non traditional route, I will say that going in and working with Allie helped me to make the best decision for me- which is one of the hardest things to do for a bride to be. Every dress is out by color and they give each girl three tags. You place the tag on the dress you want to try on and the girls working there pull it. They have a run way at the back of the store with dressing rooms on one side and parents on the other. The workers help the girls in and out of the dresses and all you have to do is pick the dress. We loved on dress but have to order it in the right size. They will even ship direct to you. I would highly recommend given our experience here.

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.
