Many other salons around town are not requiring masks and do not make you feel unwelcome. Also inserting personal opinion about vaccine onto customers. Crossing the line. My fiancé and I went here today for pedicures and it was awesome!! She did a great job, took her time and they turned out great. The back room is a little private which is nice. Also the massage chairs are the best I've sat in! The water keeps refreshing so its always warm. They do hot towels and massage. I used to go to The Nail Lounge across the street but last time Rosie did my nails she was rushed (they are always so busy and trying to fit more and more people in) and they looked awful. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment for my mother, daughter, and I to have a pedicure. As soon as we walked in, I knew I had made a big mistake. This place is absolutely disgusting. The equipment is old and dirty. I had a sickening feeling they used unclean tools on me because when they were done with my pedicure, they used the same tools on my daughter without cleaning them. The bottles full of lotion and exfoliating cream were old and filthy. Even the latex gloves the man wore, who worked on my feet, looked old and used. He barely scrubbed my feet and did a subpar job on my nails. It was the worst place I have ever been for a pedicure and they charged the same prices as if they were equal to a luxury nail salon. I think we paid $140 for three pedicures. Disgraceful. No matter how desperate you are to get your nails done, do not go to this place! read more

Jason and Jenny are friendly and obviously professional. My pedicure was thorough, timely (not too long and not too short), relaxing, with perfect results. Easy and comfortable. Worst experience ever! Yesterday my grandma mom and I went here. They got fills and I got shellac. Afterwards, I was looking at them and I wasn't in love. So today I went back and had them fix a nail that was chipped and asked if it wasn't a big deal if they could make the polish go all the way down to the cuticle like one of the nails was. All of a sudden she started taking it off and I said oh I didn't know you had to take it off to fix it. When she finished she said it was going to cost $8 now. I said, had you have told me you were going to charge me I wouldn't have had you do it! I was furious! I have a baby at home and had to wait 25 minutes to be seen! I told her I didn't even bring my wallet since you were fixing nails. I've had other places fix nails the next day and they've never charged me. I paid 17 with tip yesterday and 8 today so 25 for just plain shellac no manicure or massage. Not worth it! I went over to my grandma and told her and she insisted I paid. I wanted to walk out! I could report them to the better business review! You never do a service and then charge the customer at the end. That's shady and messed up! A lady outside heard us talking about how awful it was and she said that's why I never go there. So don't ever go here! It's hard to believe they would treat their customers that way. read more
