I was looking for a salon that accepts walk-ins to get a manicure/pedicure while I had a couple hours to kill. Sometimes, those types of places are hit and miss; they could have so many people in there that it feels like an assembly line or you don't get the personal care and attention that you'd like. It was a little like that, but the people were kind. We didn't carry on any conversations beyond the transaction itself, but that was fine. I wasn't there for chatter, just to get my nails done. I was pleased with the pedicure, but the manicure was a little less than impressive. I think they typically do acrylic names, so when all I wanted was clear polish and my nails to be shaped, it was a little lackluster. read more

I was excited to try this salon as it was recommended to me however I received everything opposite of what I was excited for. I was told everyone works super fast here and does a great job. My pedicure took 2 hours and I was being shuffled around from pedicure chair to nail table back to pedicure chair as my original nail tech didn't know how to do acrylic that I wanted on my big toes. Maybe I was just unlucky but it was not a professional experience and I still needed to drive back home to Vegas. I was told I should've requested someone faster but I've never in my life had a longer pedicure. The salon itself was nice and spacious and everyone else seemed to be working quickly. I had people come after me and leave before me. I left upset and felt like I definitely overpaid. Would not go back. read more

I chose this place based on reviews , but my experience was very different. It seemed like they were rushed and trying to get it done fast as possible. They didn't let the polish dry before doing the second coat. They didn't tell us when we could go or when it was dry and It smudged when I put my shoes on because I thought it would be done after waiting for 20+ minutes. Kept asking to upgrade our package over and over. They were very clumpy and bumpy and when I smudged mine she fixed it but had many bumps on the smudged spot, she wouldn't restart the nail just went over with more polish. All three people that went with me had smudged nails. You can just buy a $5 bottle of nail polish and do better than this place. Don't make the mistake of coming here. read more

Beyond her skill, Jerrie has such a positive, enjoyable personality that the appointment always feels relaxing rather than rushed. I also brought my mom in, and Jerrie was incredibly gentle and thoughtful with her--my mom left so happy with both the experience and the results. The entire salon is impressively well-run. I really want to give this place a five so I wanna start with the fact that I think my review would be higher if my appointment hadn't been near the end of Saturday, which is for them their last day of the week. I called in on the same day and they offered me a spot at 5 PM when from what I understand The nail shop closes at 6:30. The woman who I had do my nails was nice. Definitely not over talkative, but I'm definitely OK with that. After my previous manicure, that was also powder she Definitely agreed with me that my previous powder manicure wasn't quite as good so she specified that she would be making the nails thinner. Well, I appreciate it that they would be thinner. These seemed a little too thin. So while I just got them done, I am worried that they are going to flake off quickly. I think ultimately the reason that I can't give this place more than three stars is because for $50 plus tip, she literally just did the nails. Like there was only the painting. She didn't do anything with my cuticles. There was literally no hand massage or anything remotely different than simply painting my nails. with that said, I think it's a fairly large place with a lot of people working so it should be fairly easy to get a walk-in appointment. My only recommendation is make sure you do your appointment earlier rather than later when they are seemingly burned out and wanna go home and not do a full manicure. read more

The people seemed very nice when I called to make an appointment, but when I arrived at the nail salon, the smell of acetone and chemicals in the air were so pungent that my eyes started to water and I couldn't take a deep breath. I am sure some people are just used to that smell, but I don't think it could be healthy for you and the store was pretty full and it didn't appear that there was much ventilation. read more

The manicurist cut me on each thumb, and after 2 weeks it is still sore and has not healed. My pedicure was good, but the color I picked was not the color she started painting my toes with. She finally got a darker color, but I also got an attitude to go along with it. I didn't need or deserve that. read more

I needed a new nail tech so tried Pro Nails. I've seen Geri thee times and another tech once when Geri was out sick. So far, I'm happy. The salon is clean, well lit, sanitary procedures are in place. They have a LOT of colors, both gel and regular, to choose from. It gets pretty busy on Friday afternoons. I usually go mid-morning and it's busy then, too. Yesterday (June7, 2024) Jeri did some Pride nails for me. I only wanted a design on one finger on each hand. The week before Thanksgiving I called for an appointment for a Pedicure! I showed up early and was waited on right away... I was so excited to get a Pedicure since it had been a long while since I had one! BUT, it went downhill from there! The man (Ali) pulled out the Callus Grater and I told him that I did not want it because I had been cut before! He said NO it won't cut as the blood started dripping down my foot! It stopped bleeding and I didn't realize how bad it was until I arrived home! He had cut the entire back of my right big toe! I paid him and tipped over 20% my usual.
