She had six people in a pedicure chair all at once when she was the only one working. It seems very greedy to me and results in poor service. She was texting while massaging my child's legs during her pedicure, going back and forth between clients (starting one, and then stopping to continue another), massages seemed shorter than usual, and the nail polish has already started coming off. The end product is not worth this type of service or quality and Id much rather be told I have to reschedule than to deal with this treatment again.

She recommended for me to get additional callus removal even though the pedi package I chose included it, she says that she'll do an even better job removing the callus. And Did Not! And when I asked her if she was done removing the callus, that's when her attitude changed and was mad. I was ready to just get out of there, the owner tried to accommodate my dissatisfaction but at that point I felt discriminated and upset.
