I'm honestly shocked that this place is still open. I also witnessed staff using the same instruments on multiple people without proper sterilization, which is a huge health concern and likely a violation of state board hygiene standards. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. My nails came out uneven, and the gel polish had bubbles and started peeling within days. I would strongly recommend finding another salon that actually follows proper sanitation practices and values their customers' safety and satisfaction.
