I started working with Jean about 6 months ago when I had her do a review of my coverage. It turned out that my coverage was ok but she was able to make it great and kept my expenditure about the same. We also added life insurance so now I feel super protected. She is so wonderful as explaining everything, I always feel like I am in the best hands. Since having this new insurance, I have had to have my windshield replaced which was done at no cost basically saving me $400 so turns out its actually cheaper to have better coverage in the long run! I recently left another agency, by the same name in Maple Valley, due to constant incompetence; in fact, I was ready to leave StateFarm altogether until I reached out to Jean wall. Her office immediately rectified every single problem, and there were many, so that I am now a huge fan and recommend this particular branch to anybody who needs a change. 11 years of being a customer, Jean Wall's office in Greenwood swindled money from me. I asked for a change in my insurance policy, which they never honored. Their email to me "I do see that in February 2019 you requested to remove comprehensive and collision coverage from your 2010 Toyota Camry". Here, they acknowledged my request, but never honored it. I asked again in August 2020 with only a phone call - which they finally followed through with. When I asked for a refund for the months they overcharged me, they came back with a "No", after 7 weeks of my persistence (It is now November). Ultimately they gave me a song and dance explanation about how I should have responded to an email they no longer have access to (they wiped their systems hard drives of emails and somehow that is my responsibility!) As a single father of a little girl working hard to make sure my clients are cared for, Jean Wall showed a real lack of care in my 11 years of loyalty to her firm. There are too many alternatives (and cheaper for same coverage) that I implore you to call another insurance provider. read more

Don't even bother getting insurance through these people because they will cancel your policy if you get into accidents. I had 2 accidents across 16 months and was notified through a letter that my policy was cancelled. Not even a phone call. How cowardly and pathetic is that. What's worse is the 2nd accident was a minor fender bender that I was completely willing to pay cash out my own pocket for (I even had the other person get an estimate), but I PAY for collision so I called them and spoke to MULTIPLE people and they all said that it would be a 20% increase in my premium, but it shouldn't be a problem. I was told that I probably wouldn't have my policy cancelled until I was at 4 accidents. I'm sure they can go back and listen to all the calls, because like I said, I spoke to multiple people. I'm sure they won't give me an explanation because they have terrible customer service. During this process, I requested multiple call backs about my insurance, what possibilities there were, etc. I got nothing. They then called later to schedule a "check up" call about 2 weeks later, but I ended up being busy. They never tried again. I doubt I'll get a good answer tomorrow, but for now, these people are crooks who will lie to you to make you file a claim then will cancel your policy. Notice how the 2 most recent reviews are 1 star? Probably not a coincidence they don't have a good review since 2015. read more

If I could give a lower star I would. I don't know if it's a situation where they have too many reps working here or if they just don't care. I have been a long standing State Farm customer and never been seen such an unresponsive team. I have been under insured on my new newly constructed home for many hundreds of thousands of dollars. It was built and have been trying to get the coverage increased once it was complete for months. They have been asking for the same information multiple times and I have sent multiple times and nothing was done. I also recently got in an accident and 3 weeks have passed and they haven't even reached out once to help with the process. Not once. If you are looking for that kind of customer service, then they are for you. I am in the process of changing agents and would recommend you find another agent. read more

Watch out for this agent. She wrote a renters policy in my name that I didn't ask for, didn't even know about. I own, I don't rent. All I asked of her was car insurance. I have contacted both State Farm and the WA State Insurance Commissioner regarding her very unprofessional business culture. This is also a high pressure office that calls over and over trying to sell you additional insurance. It would seem that when you don't buy they just write a policy for you. This is a great office with a great staff! Jean has been able to really help round out my portfolio with life insurance and helping me put in place my Roth IRA, helping me plan for my future. I have been with Jean and State Farm since 2010. My fiancé and I just purchased a house and bundled our homeowner's insurance with our car and life and Jean found a way to save us money on our car insurance after doing this! To address some of the points made in the negative post, I believe the renters insurance is a cover-all theft insurance referred to as renters insurance. I consider myself a somewhat demanding local shopper. I did my research and compared more companies and agencies than I care to count, and landed on Jean Wall's State Farm insurance agency. I found the place while comparing Auto insurance rates, and found that no other option provided the level of care as Jean's team. The confidence her staff exhibited over the phone was wonderful and they offered true guidance with my insurance decisions. And they're charging me half the rate I found everywhere else! When conducting my annual policy review in office with Jean, she helped me find an understanding I think would be sorely missed had I purchased coverage through the online insurance mills I see on television. Additionally, she helped me further my savings by bundling my Life insurance policy together with my Auto. I don't know who else is looking out for my future, but I get a sense that Jean cares. I just spoke on the phone with Christine and I have never experienced the most unprofessional and ill spoken phone call with someone from a reputable company. I sensed her frustration over the phone and she let me know that she couldn't help me because she was not well versed with billing. She then let me know that she would have to call me back two hours from now which unfortunately, isn't helpful when I am trying to understand the numbers that are being accumulated. She also said that with my history of cancellation and payments being declined that she was not sure how to wrap her mind around the information she was seeing on my account. I wish I had gotten involved with a different agency because I have been with State Farm for a few years until payments were not transferring from bank to agency correctly- matters became complicated to say the least. I have grown to mistrust this company and will no longer be supporting them as an insurance company. read more

I have real pathetic experience with their customer service. I am thinking about switching. First, i called Jean Wall local agent on Friday to discuss my policy. The agent mentioned that he will send me email to discuss about it on Monday as its very late and he needs to prepare. Then Monday he send me email and asked my availability. I mentioned to him Monday 11:15 am . I never got any call from him. Then i called around 12 pm and asked that can he talk now. He told me that he is busy and will call on 4 om PST. He again did not call and i called him again on 4:15 pm. After meeting he said he will send email to me on Friday . I did not get any email from his side. Besides ,my wife also called on Wednesday several times to know why our premium increase and he said because we did not update miles on app. When my wife asked where to update miles , he told her that he has meeting setup with me on Friday. It's totally wrong as no meeting has been scheduled between him and me on Friday. I think they need to keep up to what they say. Very bad experience . Will not recommend to any one. read more

My wife and I WERE paying an outrageous amount for our car insurance before we found Jean and her well-selected team of professional State Farm representatives. The staff has been very friendly and extremely attentive in helping us find the right insurance plans to meet our needs. Jean is always at the office but we generally work directly with Stephen to make adjustments to our policy. We started with car insurance and added Personal Injury Insurance. Stephen was able to get us MORE coverage for about 30% LESS than we were previously paying! We were so impressed that we added rental insurance to cover our possessions and apartment (and it even covers our land.) We also added Life and Disability Insurance. Stephen carefully answered our questions, searched diligently for the best insurance to fit our needs (and budget.) He is a great guy: friendly, smart and very respectful ... and he always calls back immediately when we have a question or concern. He goes above and beyond to help us. For instance, if we want to meet in person, he promptly sets an appointment (even on a Sat.) and he always provides his undivided attention. I love this team and I think that Jean has done a superb job in choosing a caring, responsible, honest and highly professional group. We love that we are saving money AND getting generous, comprehensive coverage. We hope we never need our insurance but we are confident that we will be well taken care of with Jean, Stephen, Amber and the rest of the team looking after us and standing by to help. read more
