A pipe that busted underneath the house but we did not realize it until the hot water tank filled. By that time underneath the house that completely flooded. The plumber came and told us you need to call your insurance company it's really bad.As soon as we called a report was filed and within 10 minutes we got a claim number. The adjuster Josh Lemons Called and set up an appointment for the next day. He sent out a team of people who immediately made assessments and brought in machines to dry out the house. Things started moving so quickly I couldn't believe it. The damage was so bad that walls and cabinets had to be taken down. We couldn't believe it. So much damage and so quickly. The adjuster was amazing. Every time I have texted Josh he immediately texts me back no matter what my question or issue is. Texts, calls or emails,, all always answered the same day. I have worked with other insurance companies where you couldn't get them to call you back. This guy is on it. I can't tell you how much it is appreciated when you're going through such a huge tragedy and loss to have someone on your side. There to actually help you get through this with as much ease as possible. Everyone at American family insurance Jenifer and Terry as well, have been extremely amazing. Just calling to check in.
