In January of 2014, we found out we would be relocated from So Cal to Southern Oregon. In April, we started working with Elle long distance. Buying a house sight unseen was not something I ever thought I would do. However, we were moving from out of state and the market in Southern Oregon was moving very fast and we were running out of time since our house was in escrow. We found a house we loved on a Friday.
