She can hear in my voice that I was stressing about the racoons in the attic. She was out the same day and the racoons were out within 3 days. Her husband fixed the soffit and NO MORE RACOONS IN THE ATTIC. I am so thankful that I found her. I hope I don't have this problem again in the future but if I do Absolute Critter is who I will call. So we had a pest control company come out to our home due to a rat issue several months ago. they…read moreplaced traps in our attic, however they stated that we need to contact them every 3 months even if the traps were unsuccessful with catching anything in order to change them... well here we are 8 months later and our trap caught a rat. when I called our pest control company they told me that since it was well after the 3 months, that I was going to have to pay 200 dollars for them to remove the rodent.... I found this extremely upsetting. I searched up Pest control company's near me and Absolute Critter came up. I decided to call them and Shannon answered with the most sweetest and eager tone in her voice. after explaining my situation she was not only willing to have her husband come out SAME DAY but spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me educating me on how to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. This wonderful small business was kind and extremely fair with their pricing. Jimmy came to our home and not only removed the rodent, but sprayed our attic for us within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this business. they were personable and so so kind. hoping we don't need their services in the future lol, but if we do Absolute Critters all the way!!!!!

Asked for written estimate since now they've worked on it and I never approved it...over $1700 flipping dollars..I said I never signed this and I am the payor of the bill??!! Not professional..get an estimate, communicate and get owners signature before touching a vehicle. Beyond livid the truck written on the estimate was wrong truck..manager didn't seem to care and yes I was fuming!! As business owner I get approval signatures and deposits..never would of approved this amount..
