Both Pauleen and Myro are incredibly talented and professional photographers. Pauleen helped make us feel entirely at ease in front of the camera with her directions and constantly hyping us up. On our wedding day, she knew all the best photo spots at our venue and was able to get us a wide variety of photos for our couple's portraits. Myro did a fantastic job getting photos of all our guests during the cocktail hour. We had several guests compliment how friendly he was and how many people he captured. In the background leading up to our wedding day, the True Photography team helped put a photography timeline that aligned with our wedding coordinator's timeline. This helped ensure we got all the photos needed included first looks, couple's portraits, family portraits, etc. No special moment was missed by the team throughout the wedding. From first looks to dancing at the end of the night, we the full story of our wedding day captured!

True team helped us create a thorough timeline while offering suggestions/clarification so we knew what to expect and see the vision! Alex, Sheryl, and Dillan were assigned as our wedding day True team! Alex kept us on track with getting important photos and staying within the timeline. Alex was clear on posing directions and had such a calm demeanor/communication style that helped me feel reassured. Sheryl was our second photographer who captured the best candids and fun moments (e.g. one of the groomsmen had his shirt off and I didn't know until we saw the photos! HAHA). Dillan was here, there, and everywhere to get the best angles for our first dance, games, and guest reactions. Looking at our photos, I'm floored with how beautiful they turned out! The wedding day came and went like a flash, but now we have sooo many photos to remind us of the happy and heartwarming moments from that day. Excited to see how the videos turn out! Highly recommend considering True Photography & Video!

What stood out most was Brittney's professionalism and straight-to-business attitude. She was organized and efficient, and she knew exactly what needed to be done, which helped keep everything running smoothly without feeling rushed or stressed. We were sent a booklet detailing all the steps and the planning process, which made it so easy! From the moment we met the team, they felt more like friends by our side than a company we had hired. They helped us feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully present throughout our wedding day while quietly capturing everything behind the scenes. The final photos and videos are incredible. They captured every emotion, detail, and special moment so beautifully that we can relive our wedding day each time we look at them. We could not be happier with the results and are deeply grateful for the memories they preserved. We highly recommend Astray Photography/Videography to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and down-to-earth team.

From our initial consultation calls to follow-up emails, timelines, and thoughtful attention to detail, she made us feel comfortable and special every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond by cheering us on, sending beautifully packaged welcome gifts, and later a lovely USB box with all of our wedding photos. My husband and I aren't natural "posers," and we really needed someone who could help us feel at ease while capturing beautiful moments. Brittany did exactly that. During every photo, she radiated excitement and positivity, making the experience feel effortless and fun. I honestly can't imagine having anyone else photograph such an important day. We're so grateful to have had her as part of our wedding.

His attention to detail and genuine care gave us so much confidence leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, everything didn't go perfectly according to schedule on our end, but Jack was so calm and eased the stress. He adapted seamlessly and never made us feel rushed. Instead he went above and beyond to make sure every photo we had dreamed about was captured. The special shots we specifically requested were never overlooked, and that meant so much to us. His entire team, including the videographers, were professional and wonderful to be around. We truly felt like we had people who cared just as much about our day as we did. Photos landed in the top 3, with video close but we were going to let budget dictate it. Looking back now, we both agree that Jack and his team were the #1 vendor we booked and I can't imagine not having both photo and video done by them! From the very first inquiry phone call Jack just seemed to "get it". We were running through his portfolio galleries and bouncing ideas around from jump. And we were blown away by his preparedness! This was over a year before our wedding date and yet he knew what the expected time of sunset would be and had a preliminary timeline put together for us before we were even off a call. At the time I didn't realize how grateful I would be for that. But to my fellow Type-A brides and grooms, trust me when I say Jack is someone that makes it easy on your brain and you need him. He also explained the importance of having a wedding video in a way that didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on anything, but that he wanted us to decide what was best for US with all the information. We ended up not only moving forward with a video package, but with one that included additional hours of coverage and additional videos. I still say I'm so glad we did that almost every week! Besides being extremely talented and professional, his personality fit right in with us, our friends, and family. We were making jokes as the day started, he held space when there were emotional moments, and by the end of the night some of our best friends where coming up and asking "Where's Jack?". The same can also be said for every member of his team. Good people attract and work for good people, and you can tell that was the case. I am forever thankful to Jack and his team, and even still feel like this review doesn't give justice to the incredible experience we had with them. More than a 5 star review, I can tell you that I have recommended him to best friends, family, and even 2 different newly engaged brides I just met out in the world. And I will continue to do so!

The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Book with someone else who knows what they're doing and takes their time on special memories like this. Updating my review! Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. Aside from how the photos came out, the one positive was that Anel was easy to communicate with and nice overall!!

I am deeply saddened by the outcome of the photos provided by this company. We were initially promised a specific photographer, 'Josh,' based on his recommended portfolio. However, only one week before our wedding, we were assigned 'Anel,' whose work we had never seen. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.

We hired this company twice for real estate photography, and after both experiences I would NOT…read morerecommend them. Their photography and editing process relies heavily on bracketing, HDR processing, AI techniques, and outsourced post-production, resulting in photos that looked extremely overprocessed, artificial, and nothing like the home. The editing seemed to compensate for shortcomings in the photography itself. If the images were properly captured and processed, they shouldn't require this level of manipulation. Instead, the final product looked fake, with unrealistic colors and heavy-handed edits. After waiting eight weeks, we still couldn't use the photos to list our home. The biggest issue wasn't just the low quality--it was getting anyone to fix the mistakes. The salesperson, Kate, was genuinely kind and promised all the right things in the beginning, but once the project reached production, communication completely fell apart. We had productive phone calls. I sent detailed lists of corrections with screenshots, then received responses saying they were completed. Then, discovered only part of the list had actually been addressed. This happened repeatedly, requiring constant follow-up. Our Matterport and Zillow tours had mislabeled rooms, and an entire back portion of the house was missing from the floor plans. By the time those issues were finally corrected, we had exchanged 43+ emails and dozens of phone calls over six weeks, and each revision still only fixed part of the list. We finally got the floor plans and tours close enough to done. The photos still weren't right. Some were oversaturated, including a completely fake "dusk" shot that was not actually taken at dusk--it had a pink sky added along with a dirty darkening filter that made the street in front of the house look grimy. We were charged extra for that. Other areas of the home appeared smeared from AI processing, while the brass hardware pulls on the primary closet and bathroom were grayed out. The most baffling example: our white walls kept coming back gray. I even requested the RAW files to understand what was happening during the editing process. The RAW files showed that the original color information was accurate--the walls were white and off-white and the colors were natural. The unrealistic gray walls and closets were introduced during editing and no one would fix it. After several weeks of back-and-forth, I asked to speak directly with Cody, the owner and fellow real estate professional, who explained that his editing team had decided to make them gray because a previous property we had photographed with them had gray walls. I was astounded --- he promised it would be corrected in the next round of revisions and he'd get back to me. He never did. I went back to Marylou in production and waited for days. First, she claimed my email went into her spam folder. Kate caught that, so immediately texted me to make sure I knew it was being worked on. 5 days later, another set of revisions came back - everything still gray, previously removed shadows were added back in, edits we had updated this far were now gone - back to square one. The low quality photos we received look nothing like these examples shown on this Yelp page. Our first project had similar issues, but Cody had stepped in and made corrections early on so I certainly didn't expect to have this happen again. We experienced the same problems again - the quality issues, unrealistic edits, and need for extensive corrections were repeated by his off shore editing team. The lack of quality control and endless revision cycle were, in my opinion, profoundly unprofessional - especially considering that Cody and his team were all made aware that my husband is the Realtor and that we are selling this home. I'd hate to think this was intentional. This wasn't just an inconvenience. Because we couldn't get usable marketing materials for nearly two months, we missed a critical listing window. We requested a refund due to the proven quality issues and ongoing revisions that were not resolved over 8 weeks of time, but Cody refused. If you're a homeowner or Realtor with a time-sensitive listing, I would NEVER hire this company. We gave them every opportunity to make things right and still ended up without photographs we could use to market our home. UPDATE: Cody was not professional enough to return my husband's call -- as if ignoring all these mistakes means his team had done a "good enough" job. You all can see the mistakes in the photos below - it's NOT about 'satisfaction'. You decide if desaturated, AI mistakes are what you want when listing your home. See the silver handle, why can't they fix these simple mistakes?https://projects.truvueproductions.com/listings/019e7f23-2c00-7188-be5d-2443091576d2/download-center#&gid=1&pid=26 Cody NEVER reviewed these photos after asked 3x. Where are the photos from the 2nd trip there?
