I walked in 15 min before they closed and she still took me. Facility was clean and there was no wait. I didn't catch the woman's name, but she was very nice and helpful. She asked me lots of questions about how I wanted my eyebrows done, and stopped periodically to ask me how I liked it. I really appreciated that. Eyebrows came out great! I haven't had them done that well in a long time. Usually I have to fix some places they missed. But that wasn't the case here. All in all I enjoyed my experience and will be going back. read more

I was tired of driving to Cerritos to get subpar service, so I used Yelp to find something between my office and my home. To my delight, this place exceeded all of my wants. The service is very friendly. They greet me by name, ask about what we discussed on my last visit and the wait is never too long. The salon is very clean. A lot of the places in Cerritos seem dingy, but this place is tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. The employees always keep it spic and span. After seeing the beautiful salon and getting great service, I was concerned that the prices were going to be very high. To my surprise, the prices were in line with the terrible places in Cerritos. These girls are my favorite !!! I love them. Francesca is amazing. I used to go to a place in Artesia but the lady there always went way too fast and ended up messing up my eyebrows & irritated my skin every time. Horrible! The first day I saw Francesca she was patient , took her time and made sure my brows were on fleek. Besides being beyond sweet, she really knows how to shape your brows just the right way so they contour your face correctly. I never set foot in another place again! Came here today since I couldn't bear to look at my face with my horrendous bushy eyebrows. Parking was easy to find. I waited for about 30 minutes to be attended as there were 3 people ahead of me. She averages about 10 minutes per person. I couldn't fault the wait because she is good at what she does, and is very meticulous. Whenever I am in the area, I plan to come. You can't beat $8! $6 if you use the yelp deal. My advice would be to come during a slow time if you don't like waiting. read more

I forgot the name of my threader, but she had a short bob. she was super friendly and nice. we had a conversation throughout my threading session. she asked me how I wanted my eyebrows to look and started with one brow. she let me look at the mirror right after she was done. she kept it thicker since I told her I was trying to grow them out a bit. she also helped me even out my brows and told me how to fill it in since on one of my brow I have had stitches. she helped me trim it after and I love how my brows look! $8 for eyebrow threading! $2 off for check in! read more

A long over due review. I've been here a couple of times and all my experience came out great! I'm never left with uneven or over threaded eyebrows. They always ask me how I would like my eyebrows and they do exactly just that. Both ladies both know what they are doing. You for sure will not go wrong with either of them. It's such a relaxing environment. The store is nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background. The chairs are comfortable to sit in. Check in for the $2 off.
