I've been coming here for years and have always loved the service. You're seen quickly, the prices are affordable, and you're in and out. Today, though, was different--in the best way! I had Sona, and while we were chatting, I jokingly asked if she had any advice for my frown lines. She gave me a quick facial massage and showed me how to massage my face at home using almond oil. I'm not kidding--I saw a noticeable difference in the 10 seconds she worked on my face! I was genuinely amazed. I have been getting full face threading/waxing for 10+ years from different salons. I have my favorite salon in Cypress that I always go to, but she has limited hours now. Therefore, I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I saw the prices advertised ($28 for Full Face Threading and $33 for Full Face waxing). I went in as a walk-in asking for the Full Face Treading. The technician who was helping me commented on my "missing hair brow" hairs and that I should try castor oil when I have naturally thick brows and no other technician has ever commented on that. The she proceeded to tell me that she cannot "thread my sideburns because the hairs are too hard" and then proceeded to wax it. She was rushing and ended up charging me $32 instead of the advertised price. Mind you, she only waxed my sideburns and then proceeded to ask me for a tip. I gave her an extra $5 and she was surprised. It was my first time at this salon and I expected quality customer service, but they just shrugged me off. She did a good job on the brows and the threading, but customer service should be better. I just felt like they were just trying to serve as many customers as possible. The salon is nice, however you get what you paid for. The salon I go to charge way more, but she is more methodical and detail oriented than this place. read more

Went here for a facial, I was received with smiling faces everyone is nice. My facial was amazing! Soana did a great job. She explained everything she was doing to my face. This is the first place I decided to get my eyebrows threaded at. I've gotten it done twice now. First time with Arsh and second time with Sona. These ladies are very patient with me and very kind. I let them know I am still very new to getting my eyebrows and lip hair threaded and they are helpful and make sure I am okay during the service. It takes less than 10 minutes at most from when I walk in to when I leave and I always leave feeling so much better. I have very thick hair that grows quickly, and these ladies have helped me maintain my needs. I highly recommend this place. The building is clean with plenty of space and seating. I'm not really sure why there are so many high ratings. I've been going to ankur threading for just about 8 years now but Mila is on vacation and I needed it bad! After looking at yelp reviews I went in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in with no wait. The girl that helped me in the chair closest to the register didn't exactly look thrilled to be there which is fine. She definitely thinned my eyebrows a little more than just a light clean up like I requested and the worst part is that she didn't do a good job on my upper lip...I still have hair. She was pretty rough and overall, took her like 3 minutes which is not nearly enough time...there wasn't anyone even waiting. Definitely won't come here again and will need to reconsider where I go in the off case that Mila in Stanton is unavailable. read more

I came once with my girlfriend and sister and hesitant at that i only ever had shaved my brows with a razor or at the barber shop and as a guy i recommend all the guys to come here the hair grows back slower and they just look so good my girlfriend is obsessed with them and the staff is so friendly and professional, they get the work done quickly.
