Guy was amazing. Not only did he get me the insurance coverage I had requested he also got it the cheapest I could find but with great coverage. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him if you are in the market for auto home or renters insurance.

My family and I have experienced nothing but incompetence, and irresponsibility. When I voiced my concerns to Guy, I did not get a solution or even an attempt at service recovery. I experienced apathy and indifference. Some lessons learned: 1. Do not trust the quoted amount for your insurance, no matter how simple your policy. 3 quotes (multi-car policy, single vehicle coverage for my daughter, and a vehicle change). None of the quotes was even close to the amount that came back from underwriting. Is this how they get people in the door? It seems deceitful. 2. Be prepared for a few hours and repeated attempts at preparing your paperwork. Using "the system" seems beyond the ability of some staff members. 3. Triple check your paperwork (trust me, its probably wrong) 4. There is an obvious lack of customer service. I think your best option is to just make another choice. I sure am.

I've switched cars several times over the years, and switched apartments even more -- Jeff is very quick and thorough with answers to how a new car or zip code will impact my insurance premium. I've even convinced my dad to switch to Jeff! Even with the insurance company TV commercial wars, I believe Nationwide is the best and most affordable insurance you can get in North Carolina. When I had a sports car right out of college I shopped around just out of curiosity, but no one could beat Jeff. No one can beat his office staff either. He had to go to the ER to be evaluated…read more We are now more than 7 months out from the accident, and State Farm has not covered his medical bills. Juliet has helped process some of the claims, but I was informed this week that they've done more than they should do. They're not licensed in claims. They're done helping me. We're stuck holding the bill for $7664.15. Supposedly, some checks were issued in December and again in March. Somehow, they don't make it to my home... but the bills from State Farm do. It surely is a mystery. While the ladies have been mostly cordial (I was told to "Hang on lady" on one occasion.), I am frustrated that our local agents won't (maybe can't) do more. Why do we even have a local office if they cannot help finalize the needs of the customer? I have filed a complaint with the NC Department of Insurance to hopefully get State Farm to pay my son's medical bills from this not-at-fault uninsured motorist (who was arrested at the scene) accident.
