My appointment was at 8:45 am and I arrived at 8:30 and was assisted at the reception desk immediately. Within about 5 minutes I was taken back for questions and then an X/ray. I was then moved to a room for the doctor and he came in pretty quickly. All of the staff were nice and friendly and I was walking out of the office by 8:57!! So my experience was nothing like the negative reviews of other people so maybe things have changed at this office. I would definitely recommend Dr Sidhu as a compassionate and qualified professional.

The radiology report, my primary care doctor, and the specialist doctor where I got a second opinion after her all said my MRI shows multiple things wrong with my neck and that the MRI matches my pain and other symptoms. I went here many years ago for a broken shoulder and the doctor I saw then was great. But this office is too big now and their front desk staff spend lots of time socializing with each other and ignoring patients who are waiting to check in. I had to wait a very long time in the waiting room and in the exam room.

My mom was admitted to the ER for a bad fall with broken bones. She was well taken care of the…read moreentire time and her nurse Derek was professional and attentive and took his time with her. We had questions and he had the answers. She definitely had top notch care in the ER. She was moved to ICU in the north building, and again she had top notch care with attentive and helpful nurses. The doctors that saw her were all very nice and explained what was going on and answered any questions we had. The north building is the newest addition to the hospital and the rooms are very nice. She then was discharged from ICU and moved to the ortho floor to await the insurance authorization for in patient therapy. The rooms are definitely older and not quite as nice. I didn't like that the couch and tray table felt sticky, probably from being cleaned so often. Her end of the bed was broken but it didn't affect anything as far as her care. She grew tired of the hospital food and at times some of it was cold. The food services department seemed to be well run and organized and everyone was pleasant and courteous. We liked that they came directly to the room on this particular floor to take her orders for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Housekeeping did a nice job of keeping her room clean. All in all, it was a decent stay for her. P.S. if you have the My Chart app on your phone, you receive the test results as soon as they're posted which is very helpful.

My first impression of Dr. Pampati was nothing short of warm and welcoming. While seeing a doctor is not always the most calming experience, Dr. Pampati has made all of my encounters with him a very pleasant one. Dr. Pampati is such an honest man, and you can tell that he's just a genuinely good person. It has been evident throughout all of my visits that he treats me and the rest of his patients as his family. The other reviews on here about him being very personable, knowledgeable, and conservative with treatment are all true, which I was happy to find out for myself. He will answer any questions you may have and will take his time to explain everything to you so that you don't walk out of the office confused or uneasy. He is honest, and he is very adamant about making sure his patients are receiving the best care. If you end up undergoing physical therapy at any point, he keeps in contact with the therapists and ensures that you are receiving the best care. If you a concern at home after your appointment, he and his staff do their best to accommodate you and/or fit you in to the schedule so that you may been seen right away. At other offices, I often have to wait over an hour in the waiting room before I'm even called back with the doctor. Thankfully, that has never been the case with Dr. Pampati or his staff. Overall, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience in my time with Dr. Pampati. He is very specialized in what he does which makes his care top of the line. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Robert Dekker is a fantastic board certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in foot and ankle…read moredisorders. I broke my ankle 30 years ago and have had pain every day since then. When he recommended an ankle replacement I was quite nervous but glad to have the opportunity to reduce the pain. Once my surgery pain subsided, I didn't have any more pain in the foot or ankle. It is practically miraculous! I would not hesitate to have him take care of me in the future and definitely would recommend him to anyone needing this specialty! His staff at both offices were also great to work with.

Dr Kenneth Scott is the doctor I was referred to by my physical therapist and he is amazing! I had…read moreboth of my hips replaced in 2016 and the procedures went perfect and I am now pain free and back to doing all of my activities better than before!! Dr Scott is up to date on the latest technology and he performs the anterior approach to hip replacement - which means less down time and no restrictions (such as bending over to pick up something you drop which is the case with the posterior approach to hip replacement). He is a Henry Ford doctor and the surgeries are performed at Henry Ford Macomb on 19 mile road. Dr Scott visited me in the hospital both times after my surgery. I was only in the hospital for 2 days.
