I could not do the work myself, so I first looked on Yelp for Handy Man services in my area and could not find anything that fit my requirements, so I used Angie's List. I found the Special and it was just what I needed. Jarred and Chris arrived 15-minutes early on the scheduled date. They were both professional and friendly. They were well-equipped with all the necessary tools to perform the tasks. In one installation, some of my parts were incompatible with the necessary bracket installation. However, they had compatible parts in their truck that they provided for the task at no additional cost to me. In addition, they had to use special drywall anchors to hold some of the brackets and shelves. They provided the special drywall anchors at no costs to me. Even though the service was for 3 hours, they finished in less than 2 hours. They were perfectionists, too. I would highly recommend using Action Door and Property, LLC. for any home repair or handyman services; particularly Jarred and Chris!

Don't do business with Hanover Alliance. I called to have keypad fixed - it stopped working. I…read morechanged battery but it still did not work. I called Alliance, Hanover because they installed the keypad about 2 years ago. I called on Monday morning and was told they would get to me sometime that week. I called Wednesday to get a more definite time - was told they would call back. In the meantime, while waiting for a callback, I called someone else. They came to the house within the hour. The keypad needed to be reprogrammed. Sometimes when the battery dies, the keypad needs to be reprogrammed. Instructions are in the box the keypad came in. Well, I was not left instructions. I asked the guy at the time the keypad was installed how I change the password. He told me I couldn't, I had to call the company. No instructions were left with me. I found out that was a bold face lie. BTW - I waited all day for a callback. Alliance, Hanover is terrible. Have an honest, more reliable company do your work. I will never ever call them again.
