Recently had my home inspection on an older house within St. Louis City by Rick and it was…read moreabsolutely stellar. From my initial call to set up an appointment, the receptionist was friendly, polite, and professional. When I met Rick at the property, he arrived early and was professional and friendly. I immediately felt at ease with Rick and could tell he is well experienced in this field. Rick never talked over me (as to say in terms I wouldn't understand) and he was not only extremely thorough in his inspection, he hustled. Now, hustling doesn't mean rushed...he certainly did not do that during any part of the inspection. He checked every appliance in the kitchen, moved the stove, operated the microwave, disposal, dishwasher...he ran water, cranked the A/C, inspected the basement, went on the roof, climbed into the attic...just watching Rick work was exhausting. Rick's camera snaps are ninja like and his report was extremely impressive...very thorough with quality pics and many featuring arrows or circles/squares to pinpoint the specific item he is referencing. My entire inspection was roughly 2 hours...the sewer lateral gentleman and termite gentleman (partners used by Housemaster) were genuinely friendly and very professional. They introduced themselves and went to work. Before leaving, they explained what they did and that a report would be ready by end of day...and both delivered on that promise. Stellar experience. I highly recommend Rick and feel much better about the home I am looking to buy here in St. Louis.

Driver appeared to be under the influence but when calling their office the secretary told us to "Go screw ourselves with our safety concerns". I'm assuming her husband is the owner of the business and is the one driving poorly regardless treating other business owners in the area horribly over the safety concern of their child is ridiculous. We will no longer be supporting or using this business as the multiple interactions posted online about this company all seem to paint a very clear picture.

She continued to speak over me and try to insult me when just trying to speak to the owner. She also refused to connect me with the owner and just proceeded yo try to spew insults over the phone. There's so many other reputable companies in the area no point in wasting your time with people that disrespect their own community. Have posted about their company and told my large base of clients in the area about my experience with this company. It pays to read all the reviews before you are using a business because this woman clearly should not be in business at all and yes she will screw you with any given opportunity because she is dirty and plays very dirty. I am a single mom with three children, two of my children have type 1 diabetes. She wouldn't give us 1 more hour to move our things out so she kicked us out and we had to leave our furniture and some other items we owned in the house. She started yelling at my 70 year old mother and 12 year old daughter to get out of the house because they were trying to find her insulin pump in the house, a device that delivers her insulin and keeps her alive, my mom asked Dolly if they could go back in to get her insulin device and she screamed "GET OUT" as my little girl was crying. This speaks volumes as to what kind of person this woman is, rude is an UNDERSTATEMENT for this woman!! Think twice before you use her for one of your properties and get everything in writing if you are renting one of her properties. What kind of person won't let a child get her insulin pump?!?!!!!
