They are full of empty promises to go along with the house full of problems. Will not even admit to the simplistic of things, including warped cabinet doors. With a long list of simple fixes for them to do that they have not, major issues include leaking basement, cracks in formation around and below the support I beam, and busted sewer line. I have spent the last week not sleeping because I have to stay awake all day (I work nights) and constantly call the office and the builder rep. They never call back, and after a week of trying to get them to come fix the sewer, it has been 2 days after utilities marked and nothing has been done. I am trying to get the message out as they keep removing their Facebook pages once it reaches to many bad reviews. They will not respond to the better business bureau either. Last time it took a Facebook post to get a response from this company in the form of fixing items. But when I told the builder representative Alex I would not remove the post until after all work was completed, I was told I was messing with his livelihood and that it was my fault I was not letting him know his contractors were not showing up to do the work.

She also did not give us good guidance; we were on the market for 6 months with no offers. I finally after hearing her change reasons why we were not selling hearing things like "it's the time of year", "the market will be picking up" decided to switch realtors. Instead of letting me out of my contract that I had extended several times with her- which only had 2 weeks remaining on the contract she wanted me to pay her $200 for the photos that were taken of my house. After some back and forth she agreed to cancel the contract and my listing via email and then did not keep her word in doing so. Her husband and branch manager, Ken Hill, was very rude and unprofessional with me on the phone. I would not recommend Jenny Hill as a realtor or any dealings with her husband Ken Hill. He had the audacity to say that he wasn't going to talk to me anymore, demanded that I give him my email address, that if he had been doing his job, he would have had in front of him after he insured me that he was "working on it." At the end of the day these people and their company have basically stolen close to $4300.00 of my hard earned money, won't answer my questions beyond an "I don't know" response.
