I work at a law firm in Milwaukee. We needed someone in the Naples area to be served. We spoke on the phone once and he directed us where to send the papers and the money. He said not to send it to his office because of "construction". We waited and waited but the papers were never served. We then checked to make sure the check was not cashed because he did not do his job yet he did cash the check. After many letters and phone calls we still have heard nothing. I contacted the BBB for West Florida and they cannot even get a hold of him.
So if you are looking for a process server I would not suggest using this company, that is unless you want someone to steal your money. read more
