Jeff was great to work with during our wedding day. Very friendly, engaging and made my wife and I feel terrific on our wedding day. Photography was good but not outstanding. Some very nice photos in the batch of 1000, wish there had been more of our ceremony. Jeff's follow up has been unreliable at best, very hard to get in touch with. We are still waiting for our final photo album, it's been over 3 months since we selected our photos, and we've sent several emails and phone calls with no response. We'll keep the 2 star for now, but he's headed towards 1 star territory. read more

Jeff was recommended by a New Orleans photographer. We had a few hours to do basically an all day shoot around New Orleans. We can't be more enthused about Jeff. He was fantastic to work with on our big day. We went on a three hour photo shoot prior to the reception all around New Orleans and that was great fun. The spots Jeff picked out for us were all gorgeous (many hidden gems for photo locations.) He communicated really well and was great at putting people at ease. Jeff was also wonderful with everyone during the reception party and the pictures came out great!! We had no problems getting our pictures (received the DVD in 2 weeks or so) and he was responsive and kept us informed on the progress with the pictures the whole time. WE LOVE JEFF POUNDS! Our wedding venue gave us a list of photographers that they often worked with, and the photos on Jeff's website were awesome so we booked him. He was truly a joy to work with; we met up with him a few months before the wedding to talk about aesthetics and he really listened to everything we had to say. On the wedding day many of our guests commented on how personable, sweet and funny he was. It was summertime in New Orleans so I was dreading the requisite formal family photos, which were to be taken outside... but he stayed super-organized and snapped all of them at lightning speed and they came out beautifully. I am so thankful for that!!! It's been a month since our wedding and we have hundreds and hundreds of images to choose from for an album.
