She takes her time with each patient, asks great questions, offers advice beyond the scope of a typical PCP. It reminds me of the way medicine use to be when your doc made house calls. Okay. that's a little before my time. It is refreshing to be able to email (text) your doctor questions and receive a quick response. I am a pretty healthy guy and never had any major medical issue. Friday night around 8 pm while on vacation in another state. I was not feeling well. I text Dr. Stuart with my symptoms , she immediately responded with very a couple of specific questions, when I respond, she step-out of a Friday night movie and called me. I never would have gone to the emergency room has I not spoken with her. Turns out my appendix had ruptured, one emergency appendectomy later it all turn out well. You hope this never happens to you and maybe this is an extreme example but it is a true story and Dr. Stuart deserves a shout out. I highly recommend Doctor Cynthia Stuart as your Primary Care Physician.

For us this is a great way to start with a new doctor and stay for a very long time. The staff is very friendly. The wait time is minimal due to the few patients. Dr. Davalos and Evelyn (nurse) speak Spanish which is a plus for my wife. I don't know if the rest if the staff does, but I'm sure they can direct you with someone that does. Dr. Davalos is very detailed and explains everything so that you can understand it. I am very happy that we came here. I hope the service level stays the same for years to come.

He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed in your appointment. I've always had a great experience with the receptionist and front office staff. The PAs are another story. I only see them when I have to. The ones I have seen do not have a good bedside manner. And interestingly enough, a few recent reviews on Google have mentioned not being able to get antibiotics when needed and that is the exact same thing that happened to me last time I had to see the PAs. I was terribly sick but because I didn't have the flu or Covid they wouldn't do anything for me except prescribe some cough meds (that were a waste of money and didn't help at all). It took more than one visit for me to eventually be given antibiotics and hey guess what, I finally started to get better after a few days on the antibiotics. The wait time is absolutely atrocious. I appreciate how much time Dr. G takes with me so I can only assume he does the same with everyone else. Perhaps the office should consider booking fewer patients for him each day. Although fewer appointments means less billing so I doubt that will ever happen. At the end of the day I will likely keep coming here until I am given a really good reason not to.

I was told by the front desk that my appointment was at 10:00 and not 10:30 and I was late. The young girl said she would have to check to see if they could see me since I was late. There was no one else in the waiting room. She came back with a tone in her voice and said that they would see me this time!! I really didn't appreciate that tone in her voice. So now i wait and about 10 minutes later and lady with a heavy accent called me name. I stepped in and she pointed and said scale like I was a dog. After I got off the scale she turned her back to me and waved for me to come behind her. It gets worse because now I'm in the room and she takes my vitals and mumbles under her breath that all is OK. I said what are my numbers and she said OK. I said I didn't ask if its ok, I want my numbers. She called off the the numbers and I said thank you to her and she turned and just walked out. I have never seen anyone so rude and cold. I really enjoyed Dr. Ronald Giometti, but these two people need to take a course in how to talk to patients. I was so mad when I left the office because of the tone and actions of these two women. This was only the second visit with Dr. Giometti and I'm not sure if I will return. They ask the stock questions - which are few, and then don't bother to write anything down. How do I know? Asked for medical records not so long ago, and nothing of what I talked about was there. Looked at some older records and items that should have been there, were not. Patient port in non-existent - as in constantly off-line. They have now taken all their personal and business emails offline as well - so the only way to contact them is going to the office or calling and MAYBE you'll get called back a week or 10 days later.

She was visiting us and wanted to go see a Korean speaking doctor. She wasn't friendly to us but was downright condescending and inappropriate towards the other patients there. Some of the patients seemed visibly ill and yet received really terrible treatment. I can't rate the doctor since I wasn't in the exam room and don't have firsthand experience but since that visit, mom has never gone back to this Dr. on any of her subsequent visits to the U.S. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I'd hate to see any other patients in need of medical care treated so poorly.
