When I started PT in January for my a broken left distal fibula (post-surgery) and torn ligaments in my right foot, I couldn't walk. I was mostly in a wheelchair and just barely starting with a knee scooter. Within three weeks I was able to walk in with a walker. We eventually had to add my left shoulder back into the mix because I reinjured it getting out of the wheelchair. Cut to now, not only can I walk, but I can jog and move my shoulder mostly without pain (which means I can sleep again!). I cried the other day after a workout because I was just so thrilled to be able to get back to exercising. This place doesn't treat you like a patient file, you're a person to them, they listen and accommodate and push you and they are the best kind of people. Katelyn Ross was my primary therapist and throughout the entire process of healing my ankle, I felt very confident I was getting the absolute best care and treatment. Katelyn is kind, friendly, superb at multitasking and always had a smile on her face but most importantly she takes the time to understand your current situation and what your long term goals are and works vigorously to get you there. A few months ago, a friend asked me if I'd ever heard of Airrosti, because another friend had just…read moretold her how Dr. Clark had helped her with knee pain. Never heard of it. Since then, I've researched it, referred others there, and have even been there myself. I love their process and how they treat their patients. After the first visit, each visit (I had four total) was relatively on time, and got a lot done. The first 30mins are spent with Dr. Clark where he determines the muscles that are causing your issues (or follows up on your progress from your last visit), then actually massages/manipulated areas that need help. Then the last 30mins are spent with a sports medicine therapist (?) that will give you stretches and strengthening exercises to compliment your treatment and help with your issues. Dr. Clark is very friendly and personable, and intent on helping you feel better. The therapists have been okay (removing a star), some are more personable than others. Office staff are nice too, and when you call the number, it connects you to a call center (or generic operator) that schedules appointments or answers questions for any of their offices across the US.
