The PROFESSIONALS in the Podatrist office are wonderful. The recommendations given to us really have helped alot and I'm glad we were referred here by our PCP. I would have rating this exceptional - however - the downside is the adjecent shoe store patients are referred to are no where near what the other side of this business offers. We were told: go have his foot correctly measured, suggested a certain kind of shoe to help with flat feet and pain plus use inserts. We trusted this "store" attendant to do that. First, since trendy stores like Vans and Sketchers clerks told my son he was an 11, surprise surprise, he is not. We were told he measured 9 1/2 W. Ok. Good to know. They we looked for a 9 1/2 W shoe that the Dr. recommended. We were told to get inserts. We did. Now I will tell you my son is on the spectrum. He is high functioning but really won't complain and goes with the flow. The inserts......we were given were a 10-10 1/2. He slipped them into his size 11 shoe. Since the STORE had NO 9 1/2 W we were told to go to Academy and Dick's. They also did not have ANY 9 1/2 W in this type of shoe. So Amazon did. Ordered a 9 1/2 W, got it in a 3 days and my son slipped his 10-10 1/2 insert into the 9 1/2W shoe. A day or two later I saw him wearing his old shoes, no form fitting, lose which the Dr. warned not to wear. When I ask he said, well the BOX THE LADY PUT IN THE BAG SAYS 10- 10 1/2 and the SHOE WE WERE TOLD TO GET ME IS A 9 1/2W SO IT CRUNCHES MY TOES. My husband took the 10 - 10 1/2 insert and my son BACK TO THIS STORE. NO COMPENSATION. As a matter of fact were were told by BRITTANY, "THE OLD MEASURING DEVICE WAS INACCURATE". Oh, so the were using an outdating icorrect device!!!!!! HE is NOT a 9 1/2 W, now he's a regular 10 1/2. WHAT??????? I asked for some sort of compesation, Brittany told my husband no, unfortunately there would be no adjustment to a new pair of shoes WHICH WE HAD TO BUY FOR OUR SON TO WEAR A C O R R E C T F I T T I N G S H O E at the C O R R E C T S I Z E. Now that they had a "new" measuring device. What a rip off! So we bought another CORRECT insert for another pair of shoes and the new shoes, dropping another $200. I spoke with Brittany as my huband and son sat there asking her to speak with the manager. She complied. The manager's name is Brenda. Brenda is not a good manager nor is she a good customer service representative for this business. No discount, no compensation. Did not come to the phone or speak with my son and husband. We did get an appology though. That much we got from Brittany. Recommendation: see the Dr, do not purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

I plan on going back for any future foot and ankle issues. Plus, I went in December, when they are SUPER busy with people trying to get in before year-end, and they were all so helpful and accommodating, regardless of the amount of patient visits on their schedule. Thanks for that!

This past visit we got to see her actual "Mechanical Engineering" talents right in front of our faces. Summer, along with her colleagues right next door, provided a place for my sister and I to stay in their air-conditioned office, because Summer's office air-conditioning had went out. They were so friendly and thoughtful, and were constantly asking if we needed something to drink or eat the entire five (5)-plus hours we were there. Summer and her colleagues would not let my sister leave until she was completely comfortable, with no signs of distress while demonstrating her walking ability using her new prosthetic leg. It was simply amazing to see how Summer and her colleagues made so many ever-so-slight adjustments, that to me, as an observer, I thought could certainly not make such a drastic change and difference. Lo and behold, each time I was given an education on their "magical" talents and how significant those one-quarter screw loosenings and tightenings were in making such a dramatic difference. I am so in awe of these people and their complete dedication to their craft. Summer has been so consistently amazing on each visit by simply demonstrating her God-given gifts and simple brilliance. It is a pure joy to watch her in action. Summer is such a major change from the services we all are getting used to in today's society, and finding her was a complete blessing that I wish everyone could see in person. I cannot highly recommend Kavella Prosthetics and Orthotics more and tell you how wonderful these people are. Go there and get the best service and attention you could never find anywhere else, even if it's a little out-of-the-way. My sister and I drive all the way from Scurry, Texas to Colleyville, Texas, about an hour-and-a-half at best, depending on traffic, and this does not even account for the hour I drive from Richardson, Texas to Scurry, Texas to pick up my sister and take her there, then return again to Scurry, then yet back to Richardson! I hope by informing you of this, you will see how we utterly and truly value Summer's services and trust Kavella Prosthetics and Orthotics. The time spent getting there is in no comparison to benefits we receive. This lady serves as a shining example of how it should be, when a business has the customer's satisfaction as its one-and-only primary goal. Again, "Wow" Summer and Kavella Prosthetics and Orthotics. You are the best!

This past February (2015) I had surgery to remove a bunion…read more Needless to say, after three months I felt like something was not quite right. My toe was crooked and just looked odd. I reviewed different podiatrists in my area and found good reviews about Doctor Marciano. I went in for an appointment and was so glad I did. The X-ray's showed that the first procedure was a 'mess' (my term) and after speaking with Dr Marciano, I was very reassured and confident that he was the best podiatrist to put my trust in. Yes, I had a 'redo' surgery and it was so very worth it. Dr Marciano lived up to every word he said and more. I know that he worked hard in surgery as the results were better than I expected. I recommend Dr Marciano to anybody who is looking for a podiatrist who's standards are above the norm. And I also received flowers from him and the staff. That meant a lot to me since I was having this done a second time. In the future, I will be going back to have surgery on my other foot. Sincerely, Cindy Columbia

The two young women at the front desk were unfriendly and didn't smile or acknowledge me warmly. To make matters worse, the person who checked me out after my visit overcharged me by nearly $100 and argued with me about my insurance coverage. I'm still waiting on my refund! There were other issues as well, but I'll leave it at that. I genuinely hope my experience was not the "norm" for this clinic. While I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I won't be returning.

The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money! So include Grapevine PT in your choices of places to try to find the best fit for your needs, you'll probably end up choosing them for most or all of your care!
