They completely transformed our rusting flaky railings through lots of hard work! They pressure washed, scraped and sanded down all of the rust before priming and painting. All of this while often balancing on rocks or ducking under branches. They thoroughly covered the surrounding house and concrete; no stray paint splatters to be found! Hiring this company was a major mistake that has left our community with sub-par results and an unresolved mess. They did not live up to their contract in any capacity. The quality of work was so poor that we had a representative from Sherwin Williams come out to inspect the job. They measured the paint thickness and confirmed it barely met even the absolute minimum standards. Furthermore, Sherwin Williams explicitly stated they would not warranty the product because of the poor application techniques used by CertaPro--specifically, the paint had been watered down so excessively that it compromised the integrity of the finish. We spent nearly two years attempting to resolve this with them. We met in person with the owner, Paul Limburg, and the project manager, Adam VanSleeuwen. During that meeting, they acknowledged that they had failed the project and explicitly agreed they would make it right. Relying on their word, we even paid them additional funds to facilitate the repairs. After taking that money, they abruptly pivoted and informed us they were walking away from the project entirely, claiming they could not "meet our needs"--even though those needs were explicitly outlined in the contract they signed. They have wasted hundreds of hours of our community's time, taken our money, and left us with a failing, low-quality paint job that we now have to pay someone else to fix. Do not trust their promises or their contract. Save yourself the headache and find a professional, reliable company that stands behind their work. Leafwood HOA community. President of the HOA.

My property is posted and one of the reasons is to keep unwanted solicitors from coming on my property. Since this company cannot respect my No Trespassing signs I most certainly would not trust them to do any painting on or in my house. This was disrespectful and unnecessary for them to commit criminal trespass just to try to drum up business. Not a company I would trust.

Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual. If you could see me tomorrow at any time, I'd appreciate it." Very disappointing when hoping to hire someone to help with some electrical work.

This company stole $550 plus two gallons of paint from me last week.Allegedly a family business. The son of the owner asked for a deposit upon booking plus day one he wanted 50%, which is normal. His name is Jeff Hale. I spoke with another family member not tied to this company who said he's an addict,criminal and has done this to multiple other people. I checked references and all three were good as he uses his father's business name. I've reached out to the father (Brad Hale) also and have not heard a word since I was ghosted last week. Jeff maybe did 3 hours of mediocre work and only bought one gallon of paint. He then went MIA. This is a lot of money to get hosed out of. It sure would be nice if someone stepped up and made things right. If not I will take action.
