I have a basement bathroom fan that wasn't clearing the…read moresteam and had it replaced a few years ago. It still wasn't clearing steam but the bathroom wasnt used much so I didn't think much about it. I now have a child back home and it needed to work. Another bid advised another new fan and a very high price. Carlos was the voice of reason suspecting it wasn't hooked up to a vent and provided a fair bid. The steam had no where to go but the ceiling crawl space. Yikes! Carlos installed an outside vent and it clears the air perfectly.
