He then proceeded to tow my Expedition down 8 levels of parking garage that only had 6 feet 4 inches of clearance (the vehicle alone is really close to that on 4 wheels). At one point, messages were ignored for a significant amount of time, despite repeated attempts to get updates. I was later told the driver was dealing with traffic and ferry delays, which had not been clearly explained from the beginning. The biggest issue was not the delay itself, but the poor communication and lack of professionalism throughout the process. The people waiting were stranded for over two hours while I repeatedly had to ask for updates and realistic arrival times. When I expressed concern and explained that I needed honest communication in order to decide whether to continue waiting or contact another towing company, the responses became dismissive and unprofessional, including being told to "chill," which I found completely inappropriate considering the stressful situation. Customers should not have to chase updates after sending a deposit, especially during an urgent roadside situation. I understand delays can happen, but communication and professionalism matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious before trusting them with their time, money, and safety.
