I'm not sure where the low ratings are coming from, I've received nothing less than exceptional service from Priority. Maybe people are having bad experiences picking up vehicles from the impound lot since they operate out of the same space? I was in a hit and run accident on New Years Day and had to get my car from a lot down the street...now THOSE PEOPLE WERE RUDE. (Zero One/Fast Tow). The driver I met with Roger was super sweet and punctual he even called to make sure I was in the right place. He helped me communicate with the clerk at the window (who was really rude) at Zero One Auto to get my vehicle out. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even when I called to schedule they fit me in and I got help within an hour of calling. So like I said before I don't know where the negativity is coming from. read more

The owners of this company (Kyra and Joe) are my angels on Earth!! I was in an accident, and my car had to be towed to a parking lot to be out of harm's way. The police officer told me that a random, shady tow truck company that had arrived on the scene would be towing my car. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver lied to me about where I could take my car, saying it would be $300 to take it to the dealership (where i wanted it to go), but free to take it to the "state lot where there are insurance adjusters". The crooked cop told me this was correct, so I agreed. When I got to the "state lot", I realized it was also a private repair shop. Being frazzled, emotional and confused after being in an accident, I was again tricked into signing a paper. The man told me the signature on the paper was needed in order for me to have my car removed from the tow truck and placed on the state lot for my insurance adjuster to view. Well, that was a lie and they began to hold my car hostage, saying I needed it to be fixed there. I contacted the Ford dealership, and they referred me to the reputable tow service they use, Priority Towing. From the SECOND I spoke with Kyra, I felt at ease. She was the kindest and most helpful person I had dealt with all day. She and her husband, Joe, REALLY went to bat for me, and they didn't know me from Adam! They were familiar with the crooks at the shop that my car was being held, and took it upon themselves to contact the police and my insurance adjuster. With them spearheading the mission to get my car away from dishonest and criminal behavior, I was able to get my car towed to the Ford dealership. Both Kyra and Joe were in constant communication with me, and reassuring me along the way. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected to help me out. The way they run their business is ethical and honest. I feel so lucky that they were placed in my life that day. They could have easily said "that's too much of a hassle" or "this isn't worth the money", and gone about their day. Instead, they spent almost an entire day communicating with various people for justice. I happened to view the crooked company's yelp reviews. The have 27 one-star reviews and not a single other review. They got a solid 1! I wish I had known about Priority Towing at the time of my accident. The crew that the rental place sent to help her, was not knowledgeable about unloading and loading a truck. The young man from your company tried to give advice but they didn't want to listen. I think Jarrett is his name and the young man helped my sister secure her car that she was pulling and even got the work crew some water. Now.....if that is not something!! They have charged me to secure my trailer for 2 days over 400$. They give low rates over the phone and after they add different fees after you use them. I manage over 200 trucks with 800 trailers.
