He is not able to explain simple policy terms to his clients, all he understands is how to take your money and leave you with inadequate coverage. My last homeowners renewal was $11k, for $450k of coverage. $11k. They would have continued to charge me this exorbitant amount had I not caught it. In addition, they never sent proof of car insurance to my bank, jeopardizing my car loan. Do not work with them.

AAA in Southeast Montana Sucks! They will leave you stranded in Southwest Montana. My car broke…read moredown 8 miles from the nearest town, on the busiest travel day of the year. Called AAA and they said the town truck would be there within 40 minutes and they would keep me posted with status updates on the tow truck. Two hours later, no tow truck and no call back from AAA. I called them back and they said, "Sorry we don't have anyone to tow you". It seems their 24/7 towing contractor didn't want to work that day, so the Montana AAA call center decided they would flake out as well. They refused to even call their contract tow service from the next closest town. They said I was on my own. They didn't care that they left me in the road in an unsafe situation. They don't care if you are a premium member. Just pay the extra money for nothing.
